Chapter 6

I woke up bright and early and headed down stairs. My right hand was feeling so much better now it was amazing. I had breakfast then went in the shower. Beau was still sleeping when I go out so I quietly ran in a grabbed some shorts and a vest the ran back in the bathroom to put them on. I walked back in and sat down on my bed next to Beau when I got a text from Hayley.

Hayley; Hey party at mine tonight come at about 6 hope you make it!

Jadine; Yeah sounds good!

Beau was starting to wake up. "Morning" I smile. "Morning" he sits up next to me and kisses my neck softly. "Good sleep?" I ask him "Yeah especially with you" Beau wraps him self up into my quilt and laughs. "Um Hayley's having a party tonight, you going?" I nudge him "Do I get to go with you?" he cocks his eyebrow at me "if you want" I smile again. "then yes"

As the the day pushed on Me and Beau got closer to eachother. We watched some movies and just cuddled all day. Something about this feels right.

It hit 3pm and we both finally got out of bed. "I better go home and get ready, I'll see you tonight?" Beau said standing in my door way. I nod and Beau leans in, our lips moving in sync. We both pull away and he leaves.

Summer comes home and starts getting ready with me. I plug my phone into a speaker and play some music. I pick out some light blue jeans with a white top and a light pink blazer with the sleeves rolled up a slight bit. This was more of a causal thing

Summer is finally ready and she starts throwing her clothes on it

Summer was starting to stress because she could find her jacket. "Stop being a bitch and help me"

"Summer calm the fuck down, if you can't find it borrow mine ok" I shout at her back.

"Here! answer this I can't be fucked with him right now" she hands me her phone and funny enough it's Luke calling her "Hello?" "Where you two at it's like half 6" "leaving now, chill" I hung up.

"Yes, found it" she pulled out her jacket from under the bed and we leave

We finally reached Hayley's house, an hour late. Beau meets me at the door and we slowly walk inside "You look beautiful" he whispers in my ear as he hugs me. I blush and we go inside with the rest.

More people flooded through the door and the night pushed on. I decided not to drink any alcohol and be the designated driver for the night.

I went to the bathroom and when I came back the same girl from the previous party was stood next to Beau again trying to continue their actions from before.

I made my way over and could tell Beau was drunk but visibly uncomfortable with her touch. "Do we have a problem here" I glare at her. "Relax Summer this isn't Luke" she laughs. "No you're right" I click my tongue "but I'm not Summer babe" I point to my sister.

She looks at me in shock before Beau speaks up slurring his words "HA she got you there"

Most people in the kitchen was now side eyeing the 3 of us now, intrigued on what would follow.

"Twins huh? You learn something new everyday, I'm Maya" she sets her drink down and leans into Beau's ear "Let's go upstairs baby"

I pour out a drink waiting for Beau's reply, anger building up inside of me "No thanks, I've got what I need right here" he looks at me and his arms snake round my waist. Maya storms off

"Did someone get jealous there" he pokes me "Not at all, I was just testing you"

"You're so beautiful why would I ever throw you away for a one night stand, those days are behind me" he reassures me and kisses my lips.

By now it's already 1am and I'm beat. Beau is already dozing off in chair. Luke helps me with getting him and Summer into the car to go home.

"I need food" me and Luke here from the drunken voices coming from the back. By the time we get the food from the drive thru everyone in the car seemed to have perked up. We all sit in the car park and eat.

"I thought you were going to hit her" Luke laughs commenting the encounter from earlier. "Absolutely not, I had no ground to. Me and Beau aren't even together" Luke looks behind to him waiting for his input and his face goes red

"Hopefully that will change soon" he mutters. We all finish and I drive us home.

We get out of the car and Luke and Summer go inside "So, um. This date?" he scratches the back of his neck "What about it" I giggle "How about Saturday?" I have a smile from ear to ear "Sounds good" we're both smiling like idiots at each other by this point.

We say good night and both go into our homes
