i threw my hands around seungmins neck in shock

he just lifted me bridal style like i didn't weigh anything

"i'm not letting you go to school like this baby, hang in there okay i'll take you home and you can lay down to calm yourself"
seungmin whispered softly

he looked at me with soft eyes, eyeing the tear stains on my face as if it was the worst thing that could possibly happen

feeling my heart flutter i just nodded and buried myself in his scent which honestly was already calming me down more than i expect it to

and turns out i fell asleep

so there was no possible way for seungmin to ask for directions to my house

which explains this scene we're stuck in

me laying on seungmin's bed, in his room, surrounded by his scent, in his house wide awake with him staring at me with pure concern

"stop looking at me like that will you"

"and go shower you stink"

rolling his eyes he stands up and lets out a sigh

it was obvious he hated how disrespectful i was being after he helped me

getting tired of the attitude i was showing he did what i asked

"wait here, want me to shower so bad. fine"

he threw his shirt off right in front of me tossing it into the laundry basket at the corner of his room and grabbed his towel. slamming the bathroom door shut afterwards

i mumbled, slapping myself a few times in the process

i had nothing to do while waiting so i just picked up a stuffed toy on seungmins bed and covered myself with the duvet (which smelt wayy to much like him) and stared at the ceiling

i wonder if he found his mate yet

what if it's really me? i mean i can smell him, isn't that how people know who their mates are?

that cant be. he cant smell me, if he could i'm sure he would have claimed what was his already

all these thoughts ran through my head as i waited

"did you know penguins have knees"
i spat to hyunjin as soon as i opened the door

he shot up, looking rather shocked by my presence
but that didn't last long because his eyes started traveling around my upper body which wasn't covered by my towel

"excuse me, my eyes are up here"

his eyes darted to my face
"im s-sorry, y-ou have a r-really nice b-body"

shocked by what he said i raised my eyebrow and eyed him
"yeah i know"

he nodded and just looked down, playing with his fingers as i changed into a t-shirt and sweatpants

he didn't seem like he was planning to say anything anytime soon so i thought i'll start the conversation
i took a seat beside him on the bed and faced him

making him look up, expecting me to say something

"so um i know we're not that close yet, but i really want to get to know you better and i want you to trust me. is that okay?"

looking back down he simply nodded

"look at me when i speak to you"

he immediately did what he was told mumbling an apology after wards

"do you wanna talk about what happened at the convenience store? you can trust me, and i'm not forcing you, it's all up to you"
