"You missed me, I take it" Qibli said, Winter didn't reply for a while, but then "yes, I did miss you" he said "I missed you too!" Qibli laughed, like it was a coincidence "What's so funny?" He asked. "nothing" Qibli said.
Qibli walked into the scavenger den. Three moons, he thought, why so many scavengers? And 3 strikes he's out, he accidentally said that out loud.
"Are you doubting scavengers?" Winter said. "No! Just I didn't know you had so many!" Qibli said. Wow, maybe Winter didn't change at all... no, I refuse to think Winter loves scavengers more than me. Qibli thought. He stared at Winter to make sure he didn't say it aloud this time.
Winter walked, Qibli followed. Winter would never say it aloud, but he missed Qibli more than Moon. Although he missed Moon, he felt like he had a small crush on his 'idiotic clawmate' and wait, now even Winter need to make sure he didn't say that aloud. Whew, Winter thought, crisis aborted. "Was there even a crisis to begin with?" Qibli asked.
"Uh- um- no." Winter blushed deeply, so did Qibli. Maybe it's time to tell him both Winter and Qibli thought, that I like him... Winter shook the thought away. He knew he could save it for tomorrow... or could he. "I LIKE YOU!"
