Chapter 12: the old hag

“Were here, I’d recognize this place anywhere.” said Arkam

We stepped forward and a trapdoor opened beneath our feet. We slid down to a room with glowing moss covered walls.  On a table there were potions and items for voodoo and exorcism. In the center of the room was a stone slab with shackles. The slab was surrounded by a voodoo transmutation circle that was written on the ground. I lost count of the number of candles on the circle. Before I could even lift a finger Arkam and Annabeth were tossed on a wall and shackled.

“Looky what we have here, my too star pupils ant their leader.” Said an old hag

“Don’t you mean your favorite puppets Seppia?” said Arkam

“You are the ones who didn’t want to use my teachings for what they were created for, havoc.” said Seppia “And once your leader is destroyed I can use your entire guild as my puppets”

“Not if I have anything to say about it!” I shouted

The old hag was weak her magic was to summon creatures to do her bidding. I was losing sight fast so I freed Arkam and Annabeth and got shot in the back.  I saw Arkam slice some of her clay golems and Annabeth tossing a fire soul on to the table of potions. The mix up of some potions and clay landed on my eyes and it hardened. I felt a weird sensation but I ignored it. Arkam and Annabeth were pushing Seppia back into a corner.  They slashed her and wounded her deeply until she threw a powder at them. They had been frozen in place.

“Goodbye children, it’s a shame you couldn’t see things my way, and I won’t rest till I have Reckury’s heart in the pal m of my hand, until your guild becomes mine and master Xyn returns. Remember my puppets are everywhere and at places where you least expect them. Be ready Reckury because the next time we meet you won’t survive.” She said as she threw a powder on the floor and disappeared.

-Later- 

"Dont move" said Flameus, as he burt the crust over my eyes. I felt a hot sensation and the crust was gone. Lucky for me that crust was actually the cure to my blindness..

"So after all that, she was a Xyn elite and she got away." said Icess with a sigh

"Yup" said Annabeth before starting to make out with Loke

"Seriously guys get a room." said Krystal

"Same to Flameus and Icess" said Kayla as the couple started to make out

"I'll be meditating, call me if you need me" I said

I went to the new addton of the building, the zen room and started to relax with fluffy who was taking a nap   at my left. I closed my eyes and started to slow down my heart beat and breathing. My heart, soul and minde were at peace until I heard "Feeling, relaxe yet?"

"Who said that?" I asked which ended up waking up fluffy. he looked at me like I was delusianal.

"Who do you think silly." the voice said

"Fluffy?" I asked

"Ok going a bit far there. Dont worry you arent crazy, look down here." said the voice. I looked at the pond of water in front of me. To my suprise I saw Angelica's reflection in the pool. I looked around and she wasnt any where else in the room but here reflection was still there

"What king of magic is this?" I asked

"Come closer and I'll show you" I got closer to the pond and her hand reached out, grabbed me by the collar and pulled me in. I found myself in a white fluffy realm.
