Chapter 14: The Festival

5 months had passed since the Widow insident. I spent most my days in my room at the castle. I spent most of my time tryign to figure out where Xyn's troops were hidding and who were the infiltraturs. Just last week, 2 of my guards tried to murder me, the town jester and the baker tried to blow up the castle, and my head chef tried to pison me. I seriously need to be more careful. It is now clear that Xyn and his troops now that it is possible for them to lose, and if they kill me the darkness could win. Angelica comes and see me from time to time, to brnig me a meal she cooked (since she is the only one I can truly trust and why would she poison me), bring me my maill, teach me the culture of her people, or simply just meditate with me.

For the first time in months my guild came to visit me. The talked about the progress of the guild and handed me a scroll. It had the stamp seal of the crystal union. I read openned the scroll and started  to read outloud: Dear Xesus, as you may know every year or so, the crystal eclipse*, blesse's our world with a colorful eclipse, full of memories, history, culture, and magic. Each year or so, we choose,  king, a kingdom, a guild, or a group of people to organise the festival which represents a new year or a new begginning. This year, we chose Xesus since you managed to bring Yiora Azores back to its fromer state. And what better way to have a festival that represents rebirth then in the rebirthed kingdom itself. The eclipse will be in 2 weeks we hope its enought time to prepare.

"Do you know what this means? This is probably the biggest honor our guild or kingdom could ever have" said Jane with exitement in her voice

I sent out everyone to make posters and spread the word  to the kingdom and other kingdoms. Jane and I started wtih the layout and plan for the festival.

-several  hours later-

Every one had a job to do.

-Jane would hold a sign up for stands, that the towns folk would hold.

-Duo and his many copies of him self would take care of construction.

-Dreadna and Zaylia would hold the magic of the kingdom tour.

-Wolfrax would hold the creature display

-Krystal and Dawn would make scarves, shirts and other things, we could sell as souvenirs

-Luniana would do the elementalist's wonder of magic attraction.;

-Arkam, Scales, Loke and Annabeth will hold the darkness expo

-Juvia, Nicolas, Alicia and Reek worked on the coloseum tournament

-Icess and Flameus helped make the fireworks

-Kayla made posters

-Dawn, Siena and Rosie took care of music

-Alexa will make sure everything is on track

-We would all deticated an hour at different times for the tournament. People can sign up to fight different guild members. (30 people is the limit for one member. 2 person team counts for one person. You can only sign up for one member.) Official guilds can fight the entire guild. (Excluding the masters, so me and the opposing guild's master.) I will be fighting in the match up event with fluffy's new collar that angelica made. I will use the same magic as my opponent. (Like my bow staff, fluffy, thanks to his new collar, will be the same magic has me) (ex: fire magic will make fluffy be on fire and breath fire as well.)

-we will end the festival with a fire work show and magic displays from the entire guild.

We spent countless hours preparing to actually make the festival better then it was 7 years ag. Queen Moona held the festival and was declared has the most memorable festival ever held.
