30 ~ Safe

You watched as jungkooks eyes widened and he stared at you in shock "what did you-" but jungkook was cut off by a loud voice 

"JUNGKOOK, Y/N" you looked up seeing taehyung running over. He soon stood by your side with a very concerned expression "has jimin answered your messages" taehyung asked and jungkook frowned as he checked his phone "no not yet, hoseok said he would be here later but he hasn't messaged anyone back after that" 

However, soon taehyungs phone interrupted as he quickly reached into his pocket as he took out his phone out and when he saw who was calling and he answered it

"why aren't you here yet jimin" taehyung said and you watched as his eyes widened and he seemed to panic

"calm down jimin. We will be there" taehyung spoke out before he quickly put his phone away. Taehyung turned towards you and jungkook and he seemed very worried as he spoke "it's jin. Apparently jimin has been looking for him for hours" 

Jungkook quickly pulled out his phone and began typing "I just texted everyone. We should help him look for him. I'm thinking that since jimin found jin on the street maybe his owner might have found him" jungkook mumbled out

You remembered how jimin had said he found jin just sitting on a bench completely functioning and you were very confused... it was impossible for a robot to switch owners, this meant that jin was rebooted so it didn't make sense for him to go back to his owner

However, you had to admit there was no other explanation for why he would have separated from jimin so you for now you all headed back to the city making sure to message chaemis mother and telling her to enjoy the park with chaemi

You quickly walked down the dark streets making sure to scan everywhere for any robot life to see if jin was around

Everyone had went to separate areas of the city so you could all look for jin and hopefully find the robot quickly

Your eyes continued to scan the streets while you walked quietly as you entered another small alleyway but you stopped when you could hear the soft sounds of someone walking

You slowly turned around and you were confused seeing a man, he looked at you as if he was shocked that you heard him. You were about to ask the human if he had seen any robot that looked similar to jin but you were surprised when you felt something being stabbed into your hand by someone who had clearly entered the other side of the alleyway

You eyes winded while you attempted to get away from the person behind you until your felt a huge electric shock from the objected that was stabbed into your hand. You suddenly felt weak as your eyelids got heavy and you tried to speak but nothing came out

System electrical overload: Shut down

Jungkook hurried around the city. Everyone had separated but he still felt uneasy not being around y/n. However, he saw how distraught jimin looked and he knew that he had to help...he also couldn't stop thinking about how he would feel if it was y/n that had suddenly disappeared 

"jungkook" he looked up seeing he ran into yoongi so this meant they had covered the areas they were supposed to already

"we should meet up with everyone again" jungkook sighed out. He walked silently down the street with yoongi messaging the group to meet back at jimins apartment. It seemed that jin was no where around jimins apartment which mean the robot must have went farther

"I hope y/n is alright" jungkook said without thinking when he felt a cold breeze and he couldn't help but think she must be cold. He suddenly felt happier as he was glad he gave her his sweater

Then he thought about what had happened just before, what he thought he heard y/n say...he even thought about what he said

He truly did care about y/n and had jungkook tried to convince himself that he only felt like this towards her because they spent so much time together but deep down he knew it wasn't just that...he had fallen in love with y/n

Jungkook had fallen in love, like an idiot

They couldn't even be together

She couldn't feel the same even if she wanted to...but jungkook thought he heard her say she cared about him too

Jungkook pushed away his thoughts

"where is y/n" taehyung asked looking around the group

It seems like y/n and hoseok were still looking around the area. The two were meant to meet up like yoongi and jungkook did and then they would know they had checked around jimins apartment

Jungkook felt uneasy but then he saw hoseok in the distance running towards the group and he felt relieved

However, jungkooks relief was soon replaced when his heart dropped as he saw hoseok was injured and was attempting to carry a random male towards the group

Jungkook watched in fear and he kept thinking about y/n, where was she. Jeno had run towards hoseok and quickly helped him bring the unconscious male towards the group

"someone tried to attack me but this guy came and helped but he got beat up and he passed out. I managed to knock out the person who attacked us and I reported them" hoseok spoke out

"he also said that he was looking for someone before he had passed out" hoseok said as he gently placed the unconscious male on the ground with jeno 

"where is y/n" jungkook asked and hoseok looked down with a concerned expression

"the person who attacked us, he was screaming at the guy" he said as his head turned to look at the passed out male on the ground 

"he was screaming and saying that he wanted him to hand over the robot" hoseok said as jungkook felt terrified

They all knew

They had all known that y/n wasn't normal but that didn't matter to jungkook

"he asked this guy where y/n was" they all looked towards the unconscious stranger and jungkook froze as his heart dropped

Y/n was gone

Jungkooks thoughts were overwhelming as he stared at the male. Who was the guys that attacked them, who was after y/n, who was this guy...

Jungkooks heart constricted in pain as he thought, he was supposed to keep y/n safe
