Dr: make sure she takes complete means complete rest make sure she does not get any stress at all if she needs to go anywhere make sure someone be with her and help her because she should not be walking all the time

Nyo: I will take care of her don't worry about that doctor

Dr: she needs to be in observation for more then 5 days max or she has to be in hospital for 15 days because her wounds are so deep that we have to be with after 15 days if she ok then I will think about discharging her

Manik: no problem Doctor let her heal well then we will take her home

And Doctor leave from there
