Sugawara has amazing parents. They love him, support him, and will do anything for him. And because of how much Suga cares for his parents, it only makes him feel worse about keeping secrets from them.

This secret was a big secret though. He is gay. He's only attracted to males. Even though Koshi has tried to date girls, he only really saw them as friends.

The way he should feel about girls, Sugawara really only finds towards guys.

Suga and his friend Daichi Sawamura have been friends since middle school. Ever since Koshi could remember, he's been attracted to Daichi.

After Suga got into high school, he's recognized his feelings for his friend.

Koshi craves to be touched by him, even if it's just a graze of the hand.

Sugawara's heart almost always skips a beat when he gets a text from Daichi.

He constantly has the need and want to be around Daichi.

It all added up.

So here Koshi was. Sitting at the table, eating dinner with his mom and dad. His brain going berserk trying to think of what to say. How to tell them.

A simple 'I'm gay' didn't seem like enough. His parents deserve more than two words. Suga wanted to sound certain, so definitely nothing like 'I think' or 'I believe'. A long speach about him realizing his sexuality sounds like too much.

I'll just come out another day, Sugawara thought to himself.

Besides, it isn't worth it.

His heart pounds at just the thought of coming out. Legs almost shaking from anxiety.

It's fine, he said, comforting himself. It'll be okay.

All of the emotions started to rack up and tears started to form in his eyes. Suga only noticed this when a tear went down his cheeks.

"Koshi? Why are you crying, hun? Is everything alright?"

Suga looks up to see his mom and dad with worried looks on their faces.

"I- no Mom. Mom, Dad, I need to tell you something," Sugawara said.

Such a classic line. Why didn't he say something different. Suga is already starting to doubt himself again

"I like boys."

More tears go down his face. Cheeks pink.

Out of anxiety, he starts to chew on his lips.

"Oh." His father was the first to say anything.

It was silent.

"Well, that's okay. Right?" His mother says, smiling. "We still love and support you."

"Of course, how long have you known?"

Koshi thought for a second, then said, " I've always had more of an interest towards guys, but more recently put a label on it."

And after that, no one said another thing about Sugawara's sexuality.

After they ate, Suga helped with the dishes, humming with his mom along to a song. Sygawara's father was cleaning the counters, they didn't really believe in the whole "women do the cleaning" thing.

"Any boys you're interested in, Koshi?" His mom nudged him with her hip, jokingly.

Red creeped onto his cheeks, which was very visible.

"Y-Yeah. I am." Suga stuttered from being so flustered. "But I think he's straight..."

"Well has he told you that he is?" His dad chimed in.

"Well, no. But guys like him usually are..." Sugawara's sentence trailed off.

Koshi's ears perked up at the sound of the door bell ringing.

"I'll get it!" Suga's dad chimed while walking away.

Sugawara and his mother finished the last bit of dishes when his father yelled that the guest was for him.

He went to dry his hands and headed to the door. There, Daichi and his father were talking.

Koshi shuffles over and greets Daichi, smiling maybe a little too wide.

His father left to the living room, where his mom now sat. Sugawara taking his father's place.

"Hey Dai," Koshi said, immediately taking his hand and pulling him inside.

"Hey, can we talk in your room for a bit?"

He's nervous, Koshi thought. Daichi fidgeted with his hands, looking everywhere except Suga.

"Sure!" Sugawara smiled, walking up stairs to his room.

As Daichi sits on the bed, Sugawara shuts the door gently. He sat next to Daichi, immediately giving him a hug and asks what was wrong.

"I think I'm bi," Daichi leans his head on Koshi's shoulder. Suga held him, slightly shocked.

"Are you certain?" Koshi questioned.

"I don't know. All I know is that I like a boy. I'm so confused Koshi," Daichi's tone showed how stressed he was. "Before now, I've only liked girls. So why now...?"

Suga played with Daichi's hair, Daichi liked when he does that. Running his claws on his scalp.

"It'll be okay Dai, I like a boy too."

Both of the boys' hearts hurt. The person they wanted the most, wanted someone else. It was obvious, I mean how could the other like him?

Daichi nuzzled his face into Sugawara's neck. Suga giggles as the both lean back, cuddling into each other.

Daichi smiled at the other's giggle. It was one of his favorite things about Koshi.

"I came out to my parents." Suga whispered, trying not to break the mood. His heart was beating so loud, he was afraid that Daichi could hear it.

Daichi hums, giving sweet, little kisses on Suga's neck. Sugawara knew how intimate everything was. From the neck kisses to the hand slightly up his shirt.

So he tried to take his shot. He takes Daichi's cheeks into his slim hands and leans in.

Both of their breath's hitch. Both so close, yet so far.

Daichi was the one who connected their lips. He was getting a little impatient.

It was a short kiss, but it said the thoughts that went through both of the boys' heads.

Koshi giggled, his cheeks pink. He wants to do it again, but is too afraid to do so.

"You can do it again, love."

It was almost like that bastard could read minds.

Suga's cheeks flushed, from embarrassment and the pet name that was being used.

So he leaned in again, hands still on Daichi's cheeks. One of Daichi's hands was on Koshi's neck, leaning on his other arm.

Koshi couldn't help but smile into the kiss.
