Izuku didn't pay attention to any of those notifications, his eyes were only on his target. He didn't know why he felt so free... So, capable... But, it was more than just refreshing. He would be relishing the sensation if he wasn't running towards danger head-on.

The villain finally noticed Izuku running towards him.

"You...!" The villain screamed in rage as he remembered this being the same brat he tried to attack early.

[Masks Off has been activated!]

Izuku, for some reason, couldn't keep a grin from forming on his face as he replied, "Me...!"

The villain angrily bellowed and sent multiple slime appendages towards Izuku in an attempt to impale him to death.

[Physical Overload has been activated!]

Izuku, in a show of pure finesse and power, started to spin and dodge every single one of the muddy spears, before continuing his path towards the stiff and surprised villain. The hero's eyes widening at the moves Izuku just pulled off like a pro.

Every step Izuku made left a crater in the ground, every time he moved faster and faster until he disappeared from the villain line of sight, appearing above him as he threw a pen that he grabbed from his bag, direct in the villain's eye.

"Arrrghhh!!" The pen pierced one of the villain's eyes sockets spot on, making in scream in pure pain. Izuku took the opportunity, his weight, and physical prowess to snatch Katsumi while falling. Going through the villain slime body in the process.

The moment his feet touched the ground, Izuku bolted out of the villain's range with Katsumi in bridal carry style. He then turned towards the heroes, his voice piercing their self-induced stupor.

"Attack, now!!"

The first one to come out of a daze was Kamui Woods, who made a prison around the villain before impaling it from all sides. Bit by bit tining the slime villain's body, until there's nothing left.

Katsumi was dazed, she looked up to the determined face of one Izuku Midoriya and blushed slightly.

She has been a bitch to him, she knew that. She also knew her love for him, admitted it to herself and buried it in a facade of a permanent scowl.

Katsumi always held him dear in her heart, she tried to break him out of his folly by being mean, demeaning him, holding him in contempt. Even if he ended hating her, she wouldn't mind it as long as he was kept safe. She stopped the bullying from being worse(as the entire would-be bullying him otherwise instead of only herself) and never took it too far.

Oh, how idiot was she? Izuku would never abandon his dream as would never abandon someone. Looking at his determined face, who was now looking at her with concern, Katsumi realized.

Izuku was a hero though and though. And he would always come out stronger of any adversity in his path.

'...Hah, if I wanted to keep him out of this path, I should have suggested for him to follow another equally heroic path, but less dangerous. Like a medic. Did my pride interfere that much in my decisions?' She thought, unsure.

Would he forgive her? After everything, she had done to him?

"Are you okay, Kacchan?"

His voice sounded out soft in her ears... caring even...

'Ah...'

He never blamed her, did he?
