It's 8:35 I have to start heading home.

I don't want to.

I wanna stay with Jackson :(

"I don't wanna leaveee" I say as I lay down on Jackson's couch.

"I know, I don't want you to go either but your mom said so" he giggles.

"I knowww" I whine.

"Okay okay, come on let's go" he reaches for my hand.

Once he grabs my hand he pulls me off the couch and hugs me.

"You ready?" He giggles.

"No but I should get going" I frown.

"Okay come on then your mom wants you back before 9" he says as he pulls away from the hug and smiles at me.

I can't help but smile back because like his smile oml-

"Fine" i giggle.

I pick up my phone when he walks me to his car and opens the door for me.

"Thank youu" I say.

"No problem" he laughs.

He gets in and starts driving.

Once we get to my house he opens the door for me again because he's a gentleman😏🤚

We hug again for before I start walking up to my house and go inside.

"Bye nova!" He says as I start walking to my porch.

"Bye Jackson" I giggle.

As I walk into my house my mom says "so where exactly were you?"

"Like I said I was with a friend" I let out a nervous laugh.

"Which friend?" She questions.

"Why does it matter?" I ask.

"Look nova, I just want to make sure you're safe" she replies.

"Thank you mom, really. But he makes me feel so safe" I say.

"He?" She asks.

I stay quiet.

"Was it that boy that you like?" She questions.

"Yeah.." I say.

"Well as long as he treats you right" she says as she seems to be happy for me.

"Thank you mom" I reply to her statement.

Then I head up to my bed room and text Jackson.

I never thought it was possible to want to be around someone as much as I want to be around Jackson.

My mom knocks on my bedroom door.

"Come in!" I say.

She walks in and sits at the end of the bed.

"I didn't really want to tell you yet because I didn't want to stress you out but on Tuesday I'm going on a business trip, and I was wondering if you wanted to stay at your boyfriends? But shela will have to come" she tells me.

"I heard my nameeee" my little sister says as she runs into my room and jumps on my bed.

I giggle. "Okay sure, she can sleep on his couch and I'll sleep in his room with him" I reply to my mom.

"Who's couch? What's going on?" Shela questions.

"You're staying at novas boyfriends house for a few weeks while im on a business trip" she answers my sisters questions.

"Yayyyy" she replies.

"I'll have to ask him first" I interrupt.

"He said it was okay" I tell my mom and sister.

"Great!" My mom says.

They both leave my room and I lay down and shut off my lamp so I can fall asleep.
