Hey everyone! Hope you guys are having a wonderful holiday break or just relaxing with your family (when we're still stuck in quarantine..)
To spread some holiday cheer around, I wanted to show some drawings I made this week before the holiday ends
Here you go, guys!
Aw, look at them! Santa and his reindeer wishing us happy holidays!
Oh, and a mistletoe! Hopefully Salt doesn't find it...And O.J stays away from cooties!
Gingerbread cookies! The kids made their own versions of themselves into little ginger-objects and helped decorate them too! Looks like Yin-Yang and Trophy really like theirs.
Even if it's Christmas time, I wanted to include other holidays normally celebrated in these times. We don't get much attention to Kwanzaa lately, and I wanted to incorporate it the best I could, along with Hanukkah!
Test Tube celebrates Hanukkah (December 10-18th) with her family but is always willing to enjoy Christmas activities with her friends. It's a Jewish holiday dedicating the recovery of Jerusalem, where they light one candle every 8 days. She loves to play with the dreidel, which the sides (Nun, Gimel, Hey, Chai, and Shin) mean "a great miracle happened there" referring to when Hanukkah is celebrated!
Bomb celebrates Kwanzaa (December 26th-January 1st) with his mother and father. It's an African American celebration from his mother's side, where there is a feast called Karamu and it's celebrated on the 6th day and the celebration is about celebrating heritage, unity & faith, and giving gifts, sorta like Christmas in a way.
Hanukkah ended a week ago but Kwanzaa starts just tomorrow! (or today whenever you get this..)
Christmas Card Photos! (Yeah, I know the backgrounds or the outfits aren't really "Christmas like" but who cares)
I don't have much else to say except I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas. Or any other upcoming events for you guys!
Asks are open, I willing to do some during my break! (Especially with the gifts I got)
