"Come on now, George." Dream looked over to the man sitting next to him. "Do you really want to talk about Lucas?" He was hoping that George would forget everything he heard yesterday night.

He was looking at Dream with beady eyes. "Yea, n-not everything though."

A noticeable blush crept onto the shorter one's face. Dream's face flushed with a pink tint when he realized what George meant.

"O-of course." Dream looked down at the ground as he shuffled on the couch to get comfortable. He was thinking of ways to start the conversation.

"So, I met Lucas at a phone store. I had to fix my broken screen protector." Dream kept his eyes on his hands. "He walked up to me and asked if I was gay."

He snapped his head around and caught George's gaze. "Oh, I'm gay by the way. I'm sorry that I never told you. I hope you still want to be my friend?"

The last sentence turned into a question. Would George still want to talk to him even after he told him he likes guys?

"Duh, why wouldn't I? You being gay isn't going to change anything." He gave his friend a passionate hug before continuing.

"So after we met, I gave him my number. We started talking for a few days and I guess that's mostly everything." Dream purposely left the sex part out because George already knew about that. "It's not a long story."

"I actually have one more question." He looked up at the brit, raising his right eyebrow. "Did you..." The corner of George's mouth was drawn downwards. "...enjoy it?" The same blush from before quickly appeared on Dream's face again.

'This is so embarrassing.'

What to respond with? Dream had absolutely no clue. "No? Not really I guess. I see it as more of a distraction. Not gonna lie, he is pretty attrac-"

"A distraction from what?" George had interrupted Dream, not even letting him finish his sentence.

'You.'

"From life." The boys still weren't making eye contact, which was good for Dream. Oh, how awkward it would be to look at George while talking about this. "Alright."

They sat quietly until Dream finally stood up and looked at his friend. "You must be tired. Let's go to sleep."

Turning off the lights in the living room, the blond and brunet walked up the stairs in total darkness. They stopped in front of the room where George would be sleeping in. It was right in front of Dream's room, so Dream didn't have to walk much to get to his warm bed.

The lights were flicked on and his suitcases still sat on the bed. "Here, I'll help you take them down." Dream walked in and brought both suitcases down to the floor. "There's another bathroom downstairs if you want to take a shower."

He turned to see George leaning on the wall staring right at him. "Enjoying the view?" The brit rolled his eyes and scoffed. "Shut up."

Dream smiled at the man and walked past him, heading towards the door. "Good night, Georgie." He shut the door and walked into his own room.

Patches was licking herself on his queen size bed. She looked up and meowed at Dream, quickly moving to her side of the bed.

He stripped down to his boxers and hopped into bed. The fluffy creature was fast asleep, quiet snores filled the room. On the other hand, Dream was struggling to fall asleep. There was so much on his mind.

'George is here. From England. He's staying for about a month or two. And it doesn't bother him that I'm gay!'

The thoughts soon took over his mind. Half an hour passes before he drifts off to sleep.

--------------------

"Pancakes?" The short boy yawned as he walked down the stairs, a small cat following.

It has been three days since George arrived in Florida. Dream took him out to explore a few times. Nearby stores, some parks, and the mall were the only things the brunet has seen so far.

"Yea, there's a few already on that plate over there." Dream pointed to a white plate that was sitting on the counter behind him. He returned to flipping the fluffy pancakes in front of him.

George was standing behind him, head leaning on Dream's back. Boy, was he glad that the brunet couldn't see his heated face. "Tired?" The boy nodded.

The stove was turned off and the boys walked over to the stools. Two plates were placed on the counter with the stack of pancakes on a separate plate. Some cups filled with coffee were on the side.

The brit sat down and brought his elbow on the surface to support the weight of his head. "Do you want syrup? Or any fruits?" Cool air was released when Dream opened the fridge. "Got strawberries?" He grabbed the container that was filled with fresh strawberries and closed the fridge.

A few strawberries were placed around the single pancake on George's plate. "Sugar too, please." Dream smiled and turned to the cabinets behind him. "Anything for you, Georgie." He passed his friend some sugar and sat down next to him.

Dream enjoyed eating next to George. Just being near his crush got him overjoyed.

George's eyelashes were curled and long. His nose was like a button, round and small. The freckles on his nose and cheeks were clearly seen up close. You can't forget about his pink plump lips.

The short man must've noticed his staring because he gave him a strange look. Those lips of his turned into a smile. "What?" he asked. His accent was the cutest when he was smiling.

Dream looked away from the beauty sitting next him. "It's nothing. You're just so pretty." He continued eating, ignoring the flustered man.

"W-well that was random." George nervously giggled, the blush still glowing on his face. "I like to say whatever is on my mind." Dream stuffed his face with multiple strawberries.

The brunet put his fork down onto his plate.

"Are there any more thoughts of me in that mind of yours, Dreamy?"
