Chapter 1

Rose P.O.V

"Not again" I whined as I turned the knob to the bathroom sink. No water.This was a usual thing ever since my father was murdered.

"Mom!!I gave you 200 dollars for the gas bill..what happened?!" I yelled causing her and whoever was upstairs with her to wake up.

"Girl if you don't shut yo high yellow ass up..don't fucking question me!" My 38 year old mom yelled. Knowing her she probably spent that shit on clothes. After my dad died our lives went downhill. It started with not being able to pay the carnote and ended with loosing a 5 bedroom and settling for a 1 bedroom apartment in Atlanta.

"I'm so fucking tired of this shit!" I yelled. I didn't give no fuck about who I woke up. I left the bathroom and decided to get dressed.I threw on my pink floral printed dress and lightly bleached jean jacket with my black sandals. I tied my long straight honey blonde hair into a messy bun and put on my diamond studs. I grabbed my stuff and walked to the front door and saw my mom giving her "boyfriend for the day" oral sex on the couch.

"Fucking disgusting"I mumbled as I walked out this hell hole we call home.

When I walked out the building I saw my one and only main bitch Tatiana in her new shiny black Range Rover. Her wild ass was blasting bloody jay "movin".

Tatiana's dad owned two malls and three real estate companies but she was still cool as fuck and was always down with a bitch.

"Wazzam suh" I yelled over the music while sliding into the crisp leather seat. Damn this girl got money.

"Hey Rose" she said while turning down the music.

She looked at my outfit and gave me a warm sincere smile."You like the clothes?I hope I got them in the right size"

"Yeah I do thank you so much" I said.

"No problem honey." She said Tatiana has been giving me clothes since she found out about my situation at home.

"Oh yeah you know Ray Ray having this party tomorrow.. You coming?" She asked while pulling out the apartment complex.

"On a school day?" I whined. Tatiana knows exactly how I feel about school.

"Its a Friday"she whined with a smirk on her face.

"Fine..it'll give me a reason to not come home" I mumbled the last part.

Her face softend and she looked over to me and said"I admire you Ro" I looked over at her and laughed.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because your very ambitious, smart,sexy and most of all your able to smile today like you never cried last night." She said while never taking her eyes off the road.

"Wow Tati thanks" I said sincerely as we pulled into a parking spot.

"No problem babe....now let's go make these hoes jealous"she squealed. I grinned back at her. I love my nigga. Can't nothing tear us apart.
