Chapter 5

Rose P.O.V

Next morning

I woke to Blossom shaking my side. "Girl what the hell you want?" I said agitated by the fact that its 8 o'clock and I just came home from a party 4 hours ago.

"Shut up and come here" she said smacking her teeth. I slid off the bed and followed her down the long hallway to her room.

She sat down in front of the TV and patted a spot on the floor me to sit. But I chose to stand because I sense pressure from her.

"It was said that Rico had something to do with Azalea Raggaza's death.If anyone knows anything about the Rico Vince murder we ask that you contact the nearest police department.

I looked at Blossom to try to figure out why she was showing me this. When I processed it well my body jerked back.

"You think I did it?!" I yelled

"Rose what am I supposed to believe?" She pleaded.

"The fuck you mean! If you think I did this you stupid. They already had a hit out on that man. Before I stepped foot in that club! Before he killed mom!" I could feel myself getting emotional by the second. I stormed out the room and went back to my room and changed into some chill attire. I made my way across the wide ass lawn with an aspirin and glass of water. I already knew that Tatiana was going to need it. When I finally made to her door I didn't even bother knocking.

"Damn girl.. Just bust in and give me a heart attack. Gah damn" she said gripping her chest with her left hand and holding her right hand out to receive the aspirin.

I sat on her bed and put my head in my hands and cried my damn eyes out. I felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist.

"Calm down Ro. We know you didn't do it" she said reassuringly

"Who's we?" I asked

"The police, my parents, everyone at the party. Your clear. you got witnesses....now you and your sis go get dressed for breakfast. We gone be in the courtyard" she said. Hearing her say I was clear brightened my day.

"Which one?" I asked sarcastically this girl know she got about 10 courtyards.

"The one on west side." She giggled. I went back across the lawn to the guest house. I gotta remember to ask them for a quicker way to get to the guest house.When I made it to Blossom room I told her to get dressed.

I was about to walk off when I felt her hand wrap my wrist.

"What?" I asked sounding agitated "I'm sorry. I believe you. I just didn't know what to think" she said holding her head down.

"Its okay. I forgive you. Just ask before you assume. Alright?" I said.

She smiled after I said that and hugged me. "I love you" she said

"I love yo big head ass to girl" hugging her back. We shared a laugh. And I went into my room. I showered and put on my all black maxi dress and light acid wash jean jacket and black sandals. I pulled my hair into a bun and gave Blossom a outfit to wear. I brushed my teeth and put in my diamond studs. When Blossom was done getting dressed we made our way to the courtyard. When we made it we were hella tired but a wide smile came across our faces when we seen the buffet outside.

"Good morning girls" Tatiana's Mom and Dad said together. Both looking very young for their age rocked casual outfits. Tatiana's mom Chanel was a loving 30 year old who owned the beauty salon that everyone and they moma go to. Tatiana's father Roland was rich as shit but he still got hood in him. He owns 2 real estate companies and was the only one to graduate out of his entire family.

"Good morning everyone" Me and Blossom said. We sat down with Tatiana and her family.The maids were making our plates when Tatiana's mom cleared her throat and everyone gave her our undivided attention.
Oh no.

"Rose and Blossom..how do you feel about adoption..." She said smiling

The last word lingered in the air for a little. If we were adopted by them we would be financially straight for the rest of our lives. We'd never go hungry or without a place to live. I wouldn't have to worry about robbing the near by corner store for a bag of chips. And most of all I could have a two parent house hold and Tatiana would be my sister. I must have been thinking for five minutes because Tatiana tapped my foot under the table for an answer.

"Oh sorry..umm why do you want to adopt us?" I asked because I can't be naive and just say yes. I have to at least know why.

"We seen that you've been through so much and we'd like to help you. You've known us for your whole life and you know we'd never hurt you.we've just grown to love you that's all." Roland said. I felt tears of joy hit my cheeks.

"Why now though?" I asked

"When we asked your mother she told us no..but now that's she is gone and no one claimed you all we need is your approval" Chanel said.

Wow. My own mom who couldn't take care of me wouldn't let someone else do the job for her. For free at that.

"Yes" I said hugging everyone.

I looked down at Blossom and could tell she was excited. I felt so refreshed and lucky right now.

"We already talked to my lawyer honey all you have to do is sign these papers." My mom said. After reading every letter of the paper I determined everything was alright and signed my name and passes them for Blossom to sign. When everything was signed we continued to eat. I can't believe this I just got adopted by the most loving and caring and richest people I know. Life couldn't get better right now.

"Oh yeah. Rose honey here are your keys to the houses." My dad said. I took the keys and examined them. I found a car key and thought he mistaken to give it me.

"Umm you gave me your car keys" I said laughing holding up keys to a 2015 Hummer.

"Oh that's yours Baby girl" he said. My mouth dropped and I smiled so hard my jaw started hurting.

"Thank you so much!!" I yelled and hugged him and my mom.

"Y'all go ahead and go test it out" mom said.

"I can't I don't have a liscene" I said

"Now you do. Go ahead. Go shopping" she said handing me a Prada wallet.  I opened it and found my license and 2000 dollars in cash. And a platnium black card. They handed Blossom one as well just without the license but a permit.

"How?" Was all I could manage.

"Did you forget were the richest couple in state.. We have our connects" my dad said.

"Go now. And but something for tonight" she giggled

Me and my sisters smile and walked to our cars. Me and my sister hopped in my hummer and Tatiana got in her Bugatti.

"Follow me" Tatiana mouthed in her car.

We pulled out the garage and driveway.

When we were on the highway I rolled down the windows and blasted Drake Legend. As the wind massaged my hair. I said a silent prayer and thanks God.

I really feel blessed right now. I have a family now.

I'm sorry I haven't been updating so much but track is life right now. And school comes before anything. Also I feel like I'm writing for my health. I need support and ideas sometimes. It'll be nice to hear from a fan here and there. But its all love tho!! ✌✌✊
