Ch 7

Third person P.O.V
It had been a while since lotor and lance had gotten buttercup and they were having him settle into the new environment which he was enjoying a lot. It was sometime during December and the small boy was sleeping in his bed cuddling a light blue stuffed animal before he was woken up by his alarm clock. After the little boy got up he went to his window and saw a few inches of snow and some snow was still falling and he had a sparkle in his eyes before he ran to the older males room to wake them up in which he was jumping on the bed "wake up wake up wake up" he said and shook the two slightly and lance woke up "what is it buttercup?" He asked while lotor was up and calming the little boy down having a tired but slightly amused smirk on his face. "There is stuff outside" he said pointing to the window.

Buttercup's P.O.V
I had seen the powder looking stuff falling from the sky so I went to get daddy and papa to tell them. I was jumping on the bed to wake them up and papa was up and asked me what it was that I went to come to them while daddy was petting my head telling me to calm down a bit which was hard since there was white powder falling from the sky. "There is stuff outside" I said pointing to the window "it's falling from the sky" I said and papa responded with "honey that is snow" and I smiled "I wanna play with the snow" I wasn't able to leave since daddy was holding onto me "little one how about we eat then we can go into the snow since you also need to be dressed for the day" he said which got me a bit upset since I wanted to go out but I decided to listen since I wanted to play with the snow and them.

Lances P.O.V
During breakfast lotor and I were going to need to talk to buttercup about getting a name and school since he was young and it would be better to have him in school sooner than later. We all walked to the kitchen and lotor was carrying buttercup who was playing with his hair while both were smiling. 'This is my family' I thought happily "okay you two what do you both want for breakfast" I asked and buttercup looked at lotor before being put down and the little boy dug into the fridge before pulling out eggs and put them on the counter and then smiled "eggs" he said in which I smiled before getting a pan and everything else for the eggs and the buttercup tried to help with cracking the eggs which lotor helped him with.

-Small Time skip-

Third person P.O.V
Breakfast was made and the small family was sitting at the table and eating before lance looked at lotor before he stopped eating and cleared his throat slightly which caused buttercup to look at both of the males slightly confused "buttercup honey we need to talk" lance said which got the little boy scared of what lance meant 'I was good right did I do something wrong do they no longer want me' he thought before feeling lotor lightly touch his shoulder "hey it's okay we just want to talk to you about if you want to go to school and have a legal name that isn't buttercup" he said which calmed the little boy "school? I like being here though" he said with a small pout in which lance smiled "yea but you can make some friends" he said and buttercup looked down "can I bring Mel with me" he asked and the two adults looked at each other before lance nodded his head "you can bring Mel but you have to promise to be good" he said and buttercup let out a small yay "but we now need to have a name for you to use at the school" lance said and with that buttercup whined and lotor responded "you don't need to know it right away but think about it" he said before adding "now finish eating so we can all play in the snow" and as soon as that was said the child finished his food before running up the stairs to his room so he could get ready for the day. After a struggle with a hoodie and help from lance the boys were all ready for the snow and went outside which buttercup was taking baby steps into the snow before he scooped some up and threw it up into the air giggling, and the two older males laughed slightly and the small family was having their fun in the snow before they spent the rest of the day inside with hot chocolate and watching holiday movies before they all fell asleep in a cuddle pile type of situation.
