Chapter 4: Asking for Forgiveness and First Day At The Academy

The Next Morning

Naruto POV

I wake up to the feeling of something warm and heavy on my chest. It's Kurama. Kurama is sleeping soundly and I don't move so as not to wake her. I gently stroke her orange hair with my right hand. I see her ears twitch and I scratch behind her right ear. She starts purring and I blush.

Kurama's POV (The Sage of the six paths real name is Hagoromo Otsutsuki in case you forgot)

Flashback to before Naruto woke up

I was in a dream to see my father, The Sage of The Six Paths, so you chose him after all," He says as he grows a grin which surprises me "And I see that you have taken a liking to him as well." I blush. "No, not really, I just said that so that they don't do anything to him anymore" I lied. Hagoromo chuckled. "Make sure you lead him on the right path and I see that the others also gave him part of their chakra." He says and I nod in response. "Good then, I will give him the Rinnesharigan, which is stronger than my Rinnegan." Hagoromo said.

Flashback End

I wake up to Naruto scratching behind my ear and I involuntarily start purring. I sit up straight and growl at him. "What do you think you are doing the great Kyubi?" I ask him. He grabs me by the arm and pulls me down towards him. "Aww, you know you liked" He teased me and started petting my head. I just gave in. (Naruto is 8 YEARS OLD Y AM I WRITING IT LIKE THIS) We heard a knock at the door. I got mad because of them interrupting this moment with Naruto. "Naruto, Mom and Dad want you to go down stairs to the kitchen. We all have something important to discuss with you." It was that brat Mito. "Let's go then Kurama." Naruto gets out of bed.

Naruto's POV

Once we get downstairs and in the kitchen I was surprised to see 6 plates on the table. I go to the kitchen to get started on the dishes. "Naruto and Kurama please sit down, I decided to make you both some breakfast." Kushina said so we sat down. "Look I'll get straight to the point Naruto," Minato started to speak "Naruto I am sorry for how we have treated you. We ask for your forgiveness and that you stay with us. I understand if you don't want to after everything we you went through." Everyone bowed. "Please, we don't want you to leave." Menma pleaded which surprised. "Please stand, I actually never held it against you but I won't be staying, like Kurama said I will need to leave for training," I see their sad faces "But I will live with you guys for as long as I stay during the academy." Their faces brighten up at this

Minato's POV

As I stood I barely noticed that Naruto had the Rinnesharigan. "Umm Naruto, have you noticed your eyes?" I tell him. "What do you mean?" He looks at me confused. "Look in the mirror." I said as I pointed at a mirror in the living room. He walks over and I hear him gasp.

Naruto's POV

"What the?!" I shouted "Kurama what happened to my eyes?!" I was starting to have a panic attack. I was turning pale as I didn't know what was happening, my were shaking like never before, my knees felt weak and I felt like I'm going to faint. (A/N: I'm pretty sure most of will actually react like this, even in the Naruto universe.)

Kushina's POV

"Is Naruto having a panic attack?!" I thought to myself "What should I do?! I never had to deal with one of my kids having a panic attack." I was about to go over to calm Naruto down. Then I see Kurama walk towards him.

Kurama's POV

"Crap, I forgot to tell Naruto about the eyes." I thought to myself and I walked over to Naruto and pull him into a hug, putting his head against my chest. "Kurama." He said in a shaky voice and wraps his arms around me. "I am so sorry Naruto," I apologized "I forgot to tell you that Hagoromo, The Sage of The Six Paths, gave you the Rinnesharigan, which is more powerful than the Rinnegan. Along with all the affinities, all Nature transformation, and Kekkei Genkai. In other words, you are near god level." At this Naruto started to calm down, most likely because he started to understand the situation. "Okay, that makes sense." Naruto said in a more calm tone. "I am also going to summon Tobirama, Hashirama, and Madara with Reanimation Jutsu and have them train you." At the mention of this Minato looks up.

Minato's POV

"Kurama, Are you sure it is a good idea to summon Madara?" I ask, unsure of why she would summon him. "Don't worry, the Reanimation I am going to use far stronger and he won't betray us. I will have Tobirama teach Naruto Taijustsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu. Madara will help you master the Rinnesharigan, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu along with Shurikenjutsu. Hashirama will help with mastering all the Nature Affinities, Kekkei Genkai, and help you with the nature elements as well." I felt my jaw drop and everyone else's as well. "For Naruto to have this much power, they must really trust him." I thought to myself. "Mom made you and your girlfriend some breakfast." Mito said in a teasing voice and lets out a little giggle.

Naruto's POV

"I can't believe she made me breakfast." I thought to myself and a smile grew on my face. "Thank you mom." I said to her and she got a smile on her face. Today we were all having pancakes, bacon, eggs, and toast. I sit down and grab my fork to get cut a piece of my pancake. "Naruto," Kurama calls to me and I turne my head to face her. "Say 'Ahh'" She is holding a fork that has a piece of pancake on it up to my face. I do as she says and open my mouth. This was the best food I have ever had.

Kurama's POV

"YES," I thought to myself and grew a smile on my face "I got to do one of the many cliches on my bucket list." Naruto looks like he is enjoying the food, this is his first time eating after all. I look over to see Kushina having a smile on her. Menma had a grin on his face. "Naruto and Kurama sitting on a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G, First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage." Mito teased and me and Naruto blushed so much that it looked the same as Kushina's hair. "Now, Now, Don't tease your brother and sister-in-law." Minato said trying to hold back a grin. I covered my face with my hands and Naruto just smiled. "Awww, Isn't she cute, Dad?" Naruto asked Minato.

Minato's POV

"This is the first time he called me dad," I thought to myself and I look over at Kurama. "Maybe she really isn't a threat, she seems more calm around Naruto for some reason. It might be because of the powers he was granted. I should treat her as a daughter then." Naruto looks at me expecting an answer. "Just as cute as my wife." Kushina blushes. "You better treat good you hear." Kushina told Naruto. Naruto nods. "Look at the time, we gotta get going kids or else we'll be late for your first day." I say and teleport everyone to the front of the school. The kids thank me/ Once we arrive I instantly see the glares from other parents. "Look, it's the Demon." "He should just die and we won't have to worry anymore." "I heard that some Chunin will be going after him tonight." As I heard these murmurs I look down at Naruto and I look closely and see that he is putting on a fake smile. I look at the parents and give them all a glare that shut them up. "This is what he has been going through all these years," I thought to myself as I put my hands through my hair "I am a failure as a father for him, but now that I have his forgiveness I can treat him better."

Kushina's POV

As I heard the murmurs from the other parents I had experienced a feeling I have never had before. It was rage like never before. "I can't believe he had to endure this every day and we never believed him." I thought myself and I walked over to those parents. When they saw how pissed of I was the stayed quiet. "I guess they know of how I got my nickname, Red-Hot Blooded Habanero" I walked away as I remembered of the days I was called that. I wave goodbye to my kids, including Naruto.
