Love at First Sight Oikawa x Reader

🎄Secret Santa-Christmas special🎄

As i woke up one morning, i was snuggled all up in my f/c fluffy blanket and I remembered that in a few days was Christmas! My favorite time of the year. I loved spending time with friends and family and giving and receiving gifts. I already had a gift picked out for the Aoba Johsai boys volleyball team secret Santa.

(when you get to the volleyball gym)

When I got to the gym, I noticed everyone was already there except for Oikawa, but he likes to show up late to these kinds of things aka fashionably late. I held the present I got for Yahaba. It was just a simple gift because I wasn't really good at picking gifts out. I put my gift down on a bench and sat against the wall and finished some of my homework since i don't talk very much. A little later Oikawa finally showed up and Iwa immediately started to get mad at Oikawa for being late. I kinda laughed because I always thought that Iwa yelling at Oikawa was really funny.

After Iwa stopped, We all sat on the gym floor and started to give each other presents. When I gave the present i got for Yahaba to him he actually really liked it. I was really happy that he did. Everyone was getting their presents, except for me. I started to think someone forgot about me. To be honest I wasn't surprised because I was always forgotten about sadly.

I started to help and clean everything up. Me and Oikawa were the only ones left since he was the last one to arrive. I felt bad that i didn't get a present. In the corner of my eye i could see Oikawa looking at me instead of helping me clean up. I blushed a little and I think he could tell that I was feeling bad. "Y/N are you alright? i noticed that you didn't get a present,"said Oikawa. I nodded and teared up, as i turned to grab my backpack, I noticed Oikawa had a present in his hands. "I wanted to give this to you when me and you were alone i hope you liked it," he said smiling. I smiled and took the present from Oikawa. In the present, there was a couple things:

-f/c hoodie

- candy

-stuff animal

and a,

-Team jacket

"I thought that since you're our manager you deserve to have a team jacket,"said Oikawa. I gave him a hug and he hugged me back. Oikawa didn't forget about and to be honest since he was my secret Santa i thought he would have forgotten about getting me a present. As I let go of our hug, I noticed Oikawa staring into my eyes. The last time i stared at him i felt so awkward and embarrassed but now he's staring at me. I broke off his stare then I grabbed my presents and my backpack. "Thanks for the presents Oikawa i will see you after winter break,"I said as I walked out of the gym and started walking home.

When I got home, I sat on my bed and looked at the team jacket Oikawa gave me and I smiled. One thing I couldn't get out of my head was why Oikawa stared at me. Did he stare at me because he liked me in a friend way or did he like me in a different way?
