Chapter 2: Daddy's little girl or rather tough woman

>>Really Ronan?! Since when do I need a password to get in?<< she asked the man behind the door, upset.

>>Oh little one, let me tease you a little. << Ronan spoke to her with a grin.

Ronan was 5 years older than her and loved to tease her. Victoria had the feeling every now and then that he was a little bit in love with her. But he would never admit it, since she was the boss's daughter.

She heard how inside the gate was unlocked and already immediately the gate swung wide open.

>>Thank you, how nice that you let me in Ronan. << Victoria gave perky from itself.

>>Always happy to, little one<< while Ronan wuzzed her through her hair.

He knew very well that she didn't like to be called little one and especially not when she was being wuzzed through her hair. Victoria acknowledged this with a nasty look. As soon as Ronan saw this look, he raised his hands apologetically, but smiled.

Victoria strolled through the warehouse, up to her dad's office. Friendly, she greeted everyone who crossed her path. Outside the office door, she stopped. From the office, she heard her dad already shouting loudly in a rage:

>>YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! DO YOU REALLY WANT TO TELL ME, THE CARRAROS HAVE SNEAKED INTO OUR SECOND WAREHOUSE AND STOLEN GOODS!!!<<

Oh dear, this was about to get fun during training. Victoria tried to make out the other people who were in the office with her dad and also if they confirmed the statement, however, they spoke so quietly that she just couldn't understand a word. Behind the door she heard soft footsteps, which came closer and closer. Quickly she disappeared from the door and pretended not to notice anything.

>>Hey Victoria!<< came from two people who were leaving the office.

They were, Louis and Richard, the fathers of Selina and Mary.

>>Hey Louis, Hey Richard<< she greeted them friendly.

She walked towards the open door and stopped in the middle of the door frame and knocked on it.

>>What?!<< only her dad blubbered, without turning around, as he stood with his back to the door.

>>Hey Dad! << That's all she said.

After all, she knew that when he was that angry, it was best not to ask questions, even if she was burning to know what exactly had happened. Maybe she should ask Louis or Richard later.

>>Come in sweetheart!<< he asked her now in a calmer tone.

Victoria entered the office and closed the door behind her.

>>I can't train you myself today, I have to take care of some things in the second warehouse, but Richard will do the training today. << he explained through clenched teeth.

She realized that it was probably not something small that had happened. But well, at least she would train today after all. She was very happy about that. After all, she had to get rid of the frustration that Gabriel had caused her by being so annoying. To confirm, she nodded to her dad that she understood.

>>How was the first day of school today?<< he asked her now with a smile.

Oh yes, her dad could change his feelings in seconds. It was almost scary to her.

>>So far so good. Stopped the biggest douchebag in school from beating up a freshman and other than that, it was business as usual. Lots of studying and way too long hours. << She smiled at that.
