Laura's pov

"So um... Are we seriously sleeping in the same bed?" I asked Aaron.

I mean, I love him and everything but I literally just met him, I don't really feel comfortable sleeping in the same bed as him.

"Well I'll sleep on the couch and you can get the bed." Aaron said smiling.

"Thanks, but it's your room! You can get the bed, I'll sleep on the couch" I said.

"No like seriously, I'll sleep on the couch" he answered smiling.

"Really? Are you sure? I don't-" he cut me off.

"Yes, I'm sure" he said.

"Well thank you!" I answered.

"So what do you do for fun?" He asked, sitting on the couch.

"Well, I really enjoy playing soccer. And cooking" I answered.

"Soccer? Are you good at it?" He asked
"Yup." I laughed.

"Hm... And what about soccer video games?" Aaron asked laughing.

"Yes! I love them!" I answered, maybe a little bit too excited.

"Well then, let's play!" Aaron said, picking up two controls.

And even though it was almost 3:00am, we played for about 4 more hours.

"Well I guess we won't get any sleep then" I said, looking at the clock.
"Yeah but tonight was fun" Aaron answered.

We turned off the Xbox and decided to sleep for at least 3 hours.

Ash's pov

So... I'm sharing a room with Jack. I don't know if I'm excited or nervous, I barely know him, but oh well.

"Are you comfortable sleeping in the same bed as me?" Jack asked.

I hesitated.

"Well, if you're okay with it..." I answered.

He's only here for the summer, and this may never happen again. I should consider myself lucky.

"Sure."

I didn't answer. I was too busy thinking, I don't have any pjs! I guess I was just that obvious, because after a few seconds he asked.

"Do you have any clothes you can change into?"

"Well... Not really..." I answered.

"I can give you some" he said, walking to his closet.

He got out a red magcon hoodie and some blue basketball shorts.

"Here" he said, handing me the clothes
"Thank you. I'm gonna go change" I said, and walked into the bathroom.

When I got back, Jack was already changed too.

"Hey, you can have the bed. I'll sleep on the couch." Jack said.

"Okay" I answered, and went straight to bed.

Jack turned off the lights. I couldn't sleep, I was way too happy and excited!

After about ten minutes later, I grabbed my phone and started scrolling through my instagram feed and texted my parents that I wasn't coming home.

I was on tumblr when I found a really funny text post, so I laughed.

"Can't sleep?" Jack asked yawning.

"Yeah. I'm sorry, did I wake you up?" I asked.

"No, I can't sleep either" Jack said, sitting next to me and looking at the text post. He laughed.

"So you like anyone?" He asked.

"Eh, not really. You?" I answered. Of course I liked someone! Him!

"Yeah, I think I'm starting to like a girl" Jack answered smiling.

Oh.

Well then...

"Um, I'm starting to get tired, goodnight" I said, turning off my phone.

"Okay, night" he said and went to the couch.

Ugh, I thought he liked me...

Makayla's pov

Jack's room was on a different floor, so we had to get the elevator.

And as you might guess, it was really awkward.

"So, you wanna watch a movie or something?" Jack asked.

It was 3:00 am, and I was really tired, but I wasn't gonna let the opportunity of watching a movie with Jack go.

"Sure" I answered.

We sat on the bed and he got out his laptop and logged into his Netflix account.

"So what do you wanna watch?" He asked, scrolling through the movies.

"Um... Catching fire?" I said.

"Okay" he said and clicked on it.

We were almost halfway through the movie when I fell asleep without even realizing it, and when I woke up... I was in Jack's arms, with a blanket over us.
