Laura's Pov

So now we are all sitting in Jack G's room eating breakfast. I notice Ash is looking a bit upset which isn't like her because she is always happy and bubbly.

"Ash, are you okay?" I ask.

"Yeah, I just don't feel well, I'm going to go for a walk" She mumbles as she stands up.

"I'll come with you" Gilinsky says.

"I just want to go by myself" she says as she fakes a smile.

Jack Gilinsky sits back down and looks down. Ash leaves the room and the room grows silent.

Makayla's pov

We all sit in silence as we think of something to say.

"So how was everyone's sleep?" Cam asks.

"Good" we all reply.

We start to make small talk but it just doesn't feel right without Ash.

"Was Ash upset last night?" I ask Jack.

"No she was fine, I don't think I said anything to hurt her" Jack says looking concerned.

I just nod and look at Laura. Something is definitely wrong and we need to find out.

"Laura and I are going to talk to Ash, we will be back" we say as we stand up.

The guys all nod and we make our way out of the room as we start to look for Ash.

Laura and I were heading downstairs when we saw Ash heading out of the hotel.

We ran up to her and Laura grabbed her arm.

"What's wrong Ash?" I asked.

She wasn't crying or anything, she just seemed upset.

"Jack isn't here, is he?" Ash said, looking around.

"No he stayed upstairs, why?" Laura asked confused.

"Okay so, last night Jack and I were talking and he asked me if I liked someone, and I said no-"
"But you like him" I interrupted.

"Yeah but I wasn't gonna tell him! Anyway, I said no and asked if he liked someone. He said he's starting to like a girl, and... I don't know, I just thought he liked me" Ash said, looking down.

Laura's Pov

HE OBVIOUSLY LIKES HER TF WHY WOULD HE SAY THAT?

Makayla was comforting Ash, so I decided to leave in order to ask Jack why he'd done that. Ash and Mak didn't even notice when I left.
I literally ran upstairs.

When I got to Jack's room, I slammed the door.

"You like Ash?" I asked, looking at Jack straight in the eye.

He just stared at me like if I was crazy.

"What?" He said confused.

"Answer my question. You like her?" I said, a little bit more mad. No one messes with my friends' feelings! Not even him!

"Laura, I just met her and-" Jack tried to say.

"JUST ANSWER ALREADY" I kinda yelled. Whoops.

"OKAY YES I LIKE HER ALRIGHT?" Jack yelled back.

Everyone in the room was just staring at us.

"THEN WHY DID YOU TELL HER YOU LIKED SOMEONE ELSE?"

"WHAT? I DID NOT!"

"YEAH YOU DID! WHY DO YOU THINK SHES UPSET" I yelled.

He didn't answer. He just stared at me and ran his hands through his hair.

Jack G's Pov

"Okay. I said I was starting to like a girl, but she's the girl! I would ask her out on a date or something, but we literally just met! And I mean, I will ask her out, just not right now. Can you please tell her I like her? But don't be too obvious I told you. Please" I said, calming down.

Laura sighed.
"Sure, I'll tell her. Sorry for yelling at you" she said, and gave me a hug.

"Can someone please tell us what's going on?" Nash said.

I told them what happened last night, and Laura told them what happened just a few minutes ago.

"Well, if you like her, you seriously messed up this time" Hayes said laughing.

"Shut up" I said, and threw a pillow at him.

A few minutes later, Makayla and Ash arrived.

Makayla's Pov

I noticed Laura had left, but she never leaves just like that, it was obviously something important. So I decided not to tell Ash.

"Come on, he obviously likes you! And even if he doesn't right now, he eventually will! I promise! You just met, Ash, and I can tell that he has at least a small crush on you" I said, and hugged her.

She wasn't crying or anything, she was just upset.

"I mean, I guess you're right. But hey, let's not talk about me, what's going on with Jack?" Ash asked smiling.

"What do you mean?" I asked. I knew what she meant, I like him (she's aware of that, I've liked him even before I met him) and I'm almost sure he likes me back. I don't know, I just wanna hear her opinion on it.

"You like him, and I can tell he has a crush on you or something" Ash said.

I told her what happened last night, although it wasn't really that interesting.

"Where's Laura?" She asked when I was almost done.

"She said she needed to um... Pee" I said.

"Okay, let's go upstairs then" Ash said laughing.

I followed her to the elevator, and when we entered the room, everyone stopped talking and looked at us.

Ash's Pov

As soon as we opened the door to Gilinsky's room everyone stops talking. I look around the room before looking at Laura.

"Are you okay?" Gilinsky asks as he stands up.

"Yeah" I mumble.

"Come here" he says as he pulls me close to him giving me a hug.

Everyone in the room starts saying 'aww' making me laugh.

"You can always talk to me if you need" Jack smiles.

I nod before hugging him again.

Laura's Pov

I smile as I watch Ash and Jack hug. They looked so cute!

"So do you guys want to go to the beach?" I ask.

"Yeah sure" everyone exclaims.

"I have some bathing suits in the boot of my car" Ash smiles.

"Okay, we will go get them" Makayla smiles as we walk towards the door.

"Okay so after we get changed we will walk to the beach" Ash smiles.

Everyone nods and goes to get changed.

After we change we all walk to the beach together which only takes a few minutes because the hotel is right next to the beach.

When we get there we place our belongings on the sand before we all go off in different directions. Ash, Makayla and I decided to just sit and talk.

"Hey Ash, can I talk to you?" Jack G asks.

"Of course" she smiles as she stands up.

They start walking along the edge of the water looking like a cute couple.

Ash's Pov

"So I think we should get to know each other" Jack smiles.

"I'm not that interesting" I laugh.

Jack just smiles and shakes his head.
"I'm sure you are" he smiles.

Did he really just say that? I can't believe the guy I've liked for so long wants to get to know me!
