12. Journey to Mangalore

They all were sitting in garden and were busy in their thoughts

Nandini was thinking about her dream or I should say nightmare
and about her conversation with Manik in her room

After that when she went to freshen up she noticed her bleeding foot

But she knew that already Manik was tensed with her behaviour, he will be more worried if he will see her injured

So she first cleaned her wound then she covered it with a band aid and as it was on the lower side of her foot it was not noticable

So after freshening up she went outside and saw that Manik was sitting on her bed

When he saw her coming outside he went towards her

And he cupped her face

Manik: Are you ok now?

Nandini: (nodded her head) yes

Manik: Waisy what was that Nandini... I mean you never behaved like this... Before that you always get embarrassed when Cabir teases us and today you came outside in my shirt only

Nandini (tears in her eyes): Manik , Actually I saw a dream in which some people were beating you badly and then you died

Manik (placed his hand on her mouth): Never talk bullshit like this ok , it was just a nightmare.

Manik: Waisy i don't mind if you roam around the house in my shirt only , because my shirt suits you more than me

And I promise after our marriage na I will let you wear only my shirt
