Manik came towards her and hugged her tightly.

After sometime he broke the hug and held her hand.

Manik: Nandini this was our last hug.

Nandini: What???

Cabir: Are you serious Manik?

Manik: Yes I am hell serious , you have to go through a lot because of me. A lot of times your life was in danger just because of me. I can't bear the fact that you were always in hospital because of me. I was hell worried when you were on this death bed because of me. I don't want you to go through all of this. And for that we need to be separated.

Nandini (hiccuping): Ma....n...i

While her hand that he was holding he left it and it fell down while she was too shocked to react , there were tears in her eyes.

While their friends were shocked too. They never thought Manik will do something like this. Before any one of them go to knock some sense in him , he left the hospital but when he left the hospital there were tears in his eyes.

He went to that place where she proposed him for marriage and he said no and where they make out during their break up. He was sitting their and was thinking about her while shedding tears.
Manik's pov

I know Nandini it's wrong , I know I can't live without you , I know how much you love me. But I can't see you suffer because of me. I can't see you on death bed always.

I am sorry but it was needed. I also don't know how will I live without you but still I have too.

Nandini was sitting on her hospital bed and was shedding tears.

Nandini's pov

No Manik this time you were wrong. How could you say something like this. You know we can't live without each other but still. I will not forgive you. And this time I am not gonna make you understand because now it's high time , you should understand things on your own.

After 3 days she got discharged from hospital. Though their friends tried to talk to them but they were not able to succeed. After 3 days they all went home.

When they reached home , she immediately went inside her room while he went inside his room.

After sometime she came outside with her luggage.

Navya: Nandini where are you going?

Nandini: Woh....

Cabir: Nandini you know na he is just not in his correct state of mind. Just give it some time everything will be alright.
