September 19th.... Two days before the releasing of the inmates. Two days before criminals get sent to the real world. Two days before every criminal act is legal, and every emergency service is cut. No police to contact, nobody to help. 2 days before lockdown begins. Just like a game of hide and seek. Micheal was patiently sitting in his prison cell, writing in his journal as usual. Here's his recent page he was writting in:
"Dear journal,
two days before i get to leave this prison and smell the fresh air of freedom for 24 hours. Only 48 hours until i get to see my family. Most prisoners are planning revenge and killings, meanwhile, all i care about is fiding Sara, my wife, and lincoln, my kid. I miss them so very much. I just hope they dont get hurt during this tragedy. Ive always thought this governmental system was all wrong. Releasing criminals for 24 hours can change a lot. They're mind functions crazily. I hope there isn't as much of blood as there was last year.... "Micheal put his journal and went to bed. The next day, september 20th, one day before the release, it was lunch time. As he passed by all the inmates cells, he saw plenty of papers in every room. A bunch of plans and revenge schemes made by the prisoners. He knew it was gonna be a crazy day. He was scared, not only for his life, but the danger in which his family could be placed. As he walked towards the cafeteria to get his lunch, he sat and ate quietly. Micheal was placed in prison for a false frame. He was accused of killing someone. It was all a setup by his arch enemy. They timed and set the crime scene perfectly. They hid a gun in Micheal's house, placed a bloody dead body in his garage, called the cops, and as they arrived, Micheal sure looked guilty as hell. They also placed Micheal's finger prints on the gun to make it seem believable. The poor boy couldn't absolutely do anything about it. Micheal had the chance to seek revenge in that 24 hours of release, but because of his kind heart and sweet soul, he decided that violence wasn't the answer and simply wanted to cherish that minor time with his number one priority, his family. They we're going to release the inmates at midnight. It's currently 2pm in the afternoon. 10 hours to go. As lunch time ended, the prisoners were asked to go their cells. Micheal had a very kind hearted cellmate. His name was Parker. But Parker had different plans as his cellmate. He seeked revenge of his wife. He was getting a divorce from her because they simply didn't connect nor get along. Caused by her frustration, she started beating herself up and framed him of abusing her. She would give herself bruises by throwing yourself of the stairs or hitting parts of her bodies on hard places, like the coffe table or the bed. She would also scratch herself and give herself a black eye to make it seem realistic. Parker was full of anger and hate towards her. She ruined his life. He was young and she placed an innocent man in jail to rot. Parker had his whole life ahead of him, but she took that away. He wanted to take away her life as well to be even. I guess it's pretty easy to understand his point of view. He did have a point. 4pm struck on the jail's clock. Every prisoner was getting his things ready. It was going to be a wild morning. Some inmates were even planning a death of another inmate caused by hatred. In prison, lots never got along. They would disagree on a bunch of events which created tension and hatred. And now that they will be released, they have their chance to take away lives of their enemies. Each prisoner was accompanied by a bracelet tracker to determine every destination of each prisoner to bring him back to jail after the 24 hours are over. 6pm struck, Micheal decided to take a nap until it was time. He wanted to rest so he wouldn't be tired after visiting his family. He wanted to be awake every minute of those 24 hours. It was a privilege. So he went to bed. A couple of hours later, 11:30 struck on the clock. Only 30 minutes to go. The prisoners were making a lot of noise. Screaming, throwing things, shouting. They were excited for the event. Micheal didn't talk to anybody in the prison and was a loner because he was hated by many. In prison, there is two divisions. The purples known as the "royals", and the green known as the "driples". These 2 groups were formed because they had different beliefs and perspectives. They agreed on different things. These two divisions hated each other more then anything. And Micheal had to watch his back. He didn't wanna get hurt or even killed before seing his family. He knew the prisoners we're capable of murdering him, they were all buff and strong. 5 minutes before the release. Micheal was shaking. But one thing struck him immediately. A comment was made by one of the green team, the "driples". He warned the royals or also known as the purple team that he was after them. That made Micheal shake because he was with the royals. He agreed with the royals even though they were the smaller division and the driples sure had more people. He was terrified. He needed to survive in order to see Sarah and Lincoln again. But he had to sneak to his house, he didn't want any of the driples gang members to know where he lives, they could hurt his loved ones. The countdown begin. 10, 9, 8.... Micheal was planning on running straight to the door, and hiding until the coast was clear. 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 , 1.... BEEEEEEPPPP.... Micheal started running. As he ran, the most terrifying events were accruing. Blood spilling everywhere, the 2 gangs were fighting and killing each other. It was horrifying!
