New Year New Begining

I watch as everyone counts down the clock. Ethan with Mia, Grace with Carrick and other happy couples. I see Christian all alone and Elliotts date is looking around like she is trying to find him. Ana walks up and says well here we are alone again.
Ana
I saw Elliott and his date having a huge fight. I believe it's because of how he was looking at you. Trust me he still loves you even though he doesn't want to admit it.
Christian
Hello ladies, Ana is right he still loves you. The girl is a mere distraction, just like mine. I miss you Ana. I am an idiot. Can we be friends again?
Ana
Only if you don't take me for granted.
Christian
I will make every effort. The count down begins and Elliott walks up without his date. He stands by Kate. He leans over and says something to Kate. She laughs.
Elliott
Can I get a kiss at midnight?
Kate
One kiss won't kill me, but your date might.
Elliott
She left in a cab. I paid for it. Her jealousy was getting bad. I kiss Kate at midnight and see Christian kiss Ana.
Ana
I think it's time to find my bed. You three know where yours are right?
Christian
Yes let me walk you back to the house. I put my hand on her lower back. We make it inside and I head upstairs behind her. I really want to kiss her again. We make it to our floor and she opens her door I lean in and kiss her again and say good night.
Ana
It was a nice kiss nice and gentle.
Elliott
I miss having fun with Kate, we made each other laugh all the time. I do know why I was such an ass about the garter and the bouquet toss and said the things I said. All the girls I have dated are just wanting the money and name and hate my joking and teasing and they hate I get down and dirty a work when I am the CEO. Well tough. Kate just said you know where the sower is and the laundry too. I kiss her and ask if we can talk for a bit.
Kate
He kisses me and I remember how much I miss kissing him. We find a quiet place and he apologizes for being an ass. I listen as he asks me for another chance. Square one buddy, wine and dine me and we'll see if you are worth my time for giving you a second chance. We catch up and I finally need sleep. We head in and to our rooms he hugs me good night.
Phones are ringing all through the house it seems. It's mine I open my eyes and find my phone. It's Elliott.
Elliott
I have called Kate three times already, once more finally she picks it up. Kate get up and let's have breakfast, there's all kinds of good cooks and they are cooking everyone breakfast hurry before it all gets eaten lol.
Kate
I am sure you have ate half of it already.
Elliott
Hey I have to fuel all this muscle and height and Kate not forget to keep my good looks lol.
Kate
I will be down after a shower.  I finally get downstairs and people are milling around and Ana and Christian are feeding Andy. The house has kids running and playing. Grandparents are enjoying the grandchildren. My parents ask me when I am giving them some. I tell them that I still have time. I talk to Ana about SIP and they new on line apps we are launching to avoid more baby making talk.
Elliott
I hear Kate getting the when are you going to give us grandchildren question and she ducks it well. Mom has given up on Christian and I giving her daughter in laws and grandchildren as well. I am not getting caught into that web of questions. Wonder if Ana and Christian are getting the same questions. Ray and Ingrid are thrilled to have Andy to entertain them since he retired. She looks exactly like Ana. A few people think maybe Carla had another kid and gave it up.
Grace
Carrick and I are hopeful, but we are going to just let them work through any issues on their own. We had hoped that the boys coming would work out and they seemed to gravitate towards each other. Elliotts date go so mad she left and he paid for the cab after the huge argument that had.  I didn't like the girl anyway. She had to be the center of attention at all times. She also was bit handsy with Christian at times when she doesn't realize people are watching her. She made a point of going to the ladies room and happen to run into him using the restroom. He won't lock the doors if he is alone. He is alone in there a lot. We learned to not go in if the door is shut. Her excuse was the door was unlocked and she happened to walk in on him and saw him as in saw his privates. So not liking her, because I am sure she timed it so she could see him privately. I think something else went on, because the next time he needed the restroom he made an excuse and had one of us go with him under pretense of chatting about a private matter. 
Carrick
I asked Christian what had happened and he finally told me that she knew he was in there because she saw him go inside. She timed it so his privates were out and he was doing his business. She made a suggestion regarding what I could do to her. I hurried up and finished and shoved past her. I told him to take one of with him while she was there tonight and make sure he tells Elliott. He apparently hadn't told him yet, because she joined him for the New Year's party. But her and Elliott had a huge fight and he sent her home in a cab. Good riddance. Today it looks like the boys have apologized to Ana and Kate. About time and I hope they tie those knots and to Ana and Kate.
