Marshall sighed again as he turned over on the couch. That blow to the head from the hurdle was starting to give him a really bad migraine that he couldn't get rid of, no matter how many times he put ice on it. He heard what appeared to be footsteps, so he sloppily turned over to see a certain siberain husky standing about 5 feet from the couch.

"Hey," she greeted. "Hi...," he mumbled, the pain still seering. "Sorry about your head. What did Ryder say about it?" "It's just a migraine. I'll get over it tomorrow." "Oh, good. That was a really bad hit right there." "Tell me about it," Marshall said sarcastically, rolling his eyes. "So-," the husky began, jumping on the couch, (which wasn't very spacey might I add,) "You never told me about how athletic you are." "I'm not athletic." "This is looking very familiar, almost like Deja vu, with that skateboarding incident." "Okay, that was an accident," Marshall exclaimed, emphasising the accident part. "Sure, clumsy. But, seriously, that performance was amazing."

"You really think so?" Marshall asked with curiosity, raising a brow. Everest then suddenly began to nuzzle up to Marshall. "Yes, I thought that was fantastic. I'm going to admit, I've never seen Chase do anything like that. But he's still amazing in other ways," she told him. Now, this was very awkward and uncomfortable for Marshall, and yet, with Everest right there, it wasn't. It actually felt like his headache was going away, like she was a remedy. "O-o-oh! Well, uh, you know, I'm not really that good-!" "Come on, stop holding yourself back," Everest pleaded. "Anyway, I had plans to talk with Skye, so I'll be going. But take it easy on yourself," she told of him, and left the room to go and begin her discussion with Skye.

"So, what did you want to talk about again?" Skye asked Everest as they found an isolated room to be in. "Well... I kind of need your help again," Everest began. "What is it now?" "Um... it's about love." Everest, you know I'm not the best person when it comes to helping you with Chase." "Uh, well, it's not really about Chase this time," Everest interjected, her face becoming a little blushed and flushed. "Oh? Continue, I'm invested." "Uh well, Skye, I think I might be in love with someone else."

"Woah! That's... shocking. What, is Chase not working out?" "No no, he is working out perfectly, the best boyfriend I could've asked for. It's just that... I think I also like someone else. Or... more like love." "Love?" "Love," Everest replied firmly. "Uh, well, who is it then?" "Oh, this is really embarrassing, but, uh... it's Marshall."

"What?!" "Yeah, I knew you would react that way." "Well, yeah. I never really expected you to say that," Skye simply told her. Everest grumbled in frustration, and laid on the grown. "Well, what do I do?! I'm so confused right now." "Look, Everest. You know I'm not the best person for this, right?" "Well, you're the best choice I have. The others probably would say something stupid," Everest replied.

"Okay, fair point. Well, firstly, do you still love Chase?" "Never stopped loving him." "Alright, well here, who do you love more then?" Skye questioned. Everest hesitated answering for a while, still deep in thought. Finally, she answered. "I don't know." "Oh come on, Everest! Really?" "What? I can't help it, Chase is just amazing in every category, but I've never seen anyone like Marshall before," she told her plainly. Skye knew that Everest had a huge problem, one of which Skye didn't even think herself could figure out. But Everest was a good friend to her, so she would help her in any way she could.

"Uh, well, when did you start liking Marshall that way then?" "Well, uh, remember when we watched that one horror movie, Murder at the Mansion, for movie night? And remember when I first met Marshall, and how he was so clumsy? Yeah, that right there was the moment," Everest explained. Skye paused for a moment. This was really hard for her to decide what to do. She could see why Everest liked Marshall so much, but the fact that she was with Chase and still loved him complicated things.
