With a sigh he stopped reading midway and closed his phone and fell back on his chair. He didn't know what to do. This is the third post-interview rejection letter he had received in a week.
If only he could've completed high school. If only his parents hadn't met with the accident. If only.
"Stop it Seokjin, get a grip. You have to do this. Do this for Jimin." Jimin, his younger brother was the only thing keeping him going.
Just then, he heard Jimin calling him from the kitchen. "Hyung, the water has stopped once again" He sighed once again, deep in his thoughts.
"Ah,the landlady is probably angry about the rent.....I'll have to search for a job and find a way to pay the rent soon..."
(a/n: I actually don't know how the rent thing works, just imagine that she's angry that they didn't pay the rent and she stopped the water and the electricity or something.)
"Yes Jimin-ah I'll fix it soon....ahjumma had said that there's going to be a powercut soon...we will have to stay at hobi's tonight."
Hobi, or Hoseok was my good friend in High school and had been there for me through thick and thin.
"Ok Hyung!" he smiled at me warmly. My sweet Jimin....He was very understanding and never once complained. I feel guilty every time I look at him. He never got to know Mom and Dad and he never once got to have much fun with his friends. I always feel angry at myself for not being able to work harder and give more for my Jimin.
A loud thud interrupted me from my thoughts.
That must be Jimin. Again.
I smiled, shaking my head at him as we packed the little things we have and head over to hobi's.
