You stared at the mountains of papers on your father's wooden desk as you settled down on the expensive leathered seat, feeling sorry for the trees that were sacrificed for this shit.

Before you could even ask a single question, Akaza spoke.

"This is all the paperwork for this week." He placed another stack of papers on the desk making you stare at it, horrified by the sight. It even made a BAM sound when it was placed there.

Due to your curiosity, you would often peek at what your father working when you were young whenever you would have free time. And because of that, he had the brightest idea to teach you how to do this and that to the point where you could cover for him if needed.

But you didn't expect your father would go all out like this. Curse your younger self, you should've stayed at home and roleplayed avatar the last air bender with your brother.

"Don't worry you can continue it tomorrow, just finish them at the end of the week," Akaza said, dusting off his hands before placing them on his hips.

You shook your head at the idea, not wanting to carry this assignment out longer than it has to be, it would be a headache.

"I'll have this finish today." Shifting closer to the desk, you opened your dad's crusty laptop and started scrolling through the documents. Akaza could only look at you with a small frown before huffing tiredly defeated knowing you'll probably tire yourself out at the end of the day.

"Don't overexert yourself Y/n-san. Take some stretches every hour." The tattooed man turned his heels towards the exit, wanting to get his work done.

"Yeah yeah, no." You muttered.

"I heard you."

"I know, now do what you gotta do."

Akaza takes one last look around the office before seeing you sitting on the chair already started working on the paperwork that surrounded you.

He felt bad for you, but not enough where he would help you.

With the sound of the door closing and clicking shut, Akaza has finally left the office.

You continued typing in silence, filling the room with the sound of click clanking from the keyboard for a while before stopping and staying silent for a couple of minutes. Looking around the room scanning for anything suspicious you stared back at the laptop screen, stretching your arms together getting ready to work your magic.

By that, you meant the immense amount of typing, writing, and using your brain.

"It's done..."

Seeing the sun setting on the horizon from the large glass wall that your dad has as a window, you stopped. Turning off and closing the laptop, you lay down on the couch that your father has in his office and sighed staring at the ceiling.

After finishing them in about two to three hours, you finally took a break. Finally feeling your back dying and hunger.

You forgot to eat.

The door busted open, revealing Douma with his leg out that kicked the doors open, both of his hands holding plastic bags filled with snacks from the convenience store near the area.

"I HEAR YOUR CALLS Y/N–CHAN!" You stared at Douma in disbelief as he closed the doors with his legs.

"Your stomach is sending electromagnetic waves towards me telling you're hungry."
