- in which jungkook lives near the sea and always walks by it every night. one night while he was walking he meets namjoon, the god of the sea, in other words, poseidon.

it was a chill and calm evening. the sun has already started to go down. the sea was shining and you could see some of the it's colors. the water was icy blue and cold.

jungkook was walking near the sea. you could see his house from the water. he was paralian. from birth jungkook always had lived there. and he's planning to live there to the end.

all his live jungkook lived with his grandma and so he does now. he never saw his parents nor he wanted to know about them. the only parent figure jungkook ever saw was his grandma.

he always liked the sea. he didn't know what was pulling him towards it, but he didn't mind. all of his nineteen years he spent here, jungkook always was interested in gods. the hell, the sky, and the sea, and many more.

jungkook had always the liked poseidon. he admired him and often dreamed about him. the brown haired boy just sat down near the water on the sand and stared at the sea.

the kingdom underwater was in a panic. yet again the king went insane, all because he couldn't find the boy, the boy who was promised to be with him. poseidon had searched him for almost twenty years but with no luck.

poseidon, whose real name was namjoon, was sitting on his throne, thinking how nineteen years ago a woman came into his land. as everyone knew, if you came to god's poseidon's land, you're wishing dead. the king never let anyone go. never.

that woman that got into poseidon's land was pregnant. it was almost time for her to give birth. she begged god to let her save her baby. namjoon agreed but with a condition. the condition was to make the child, or more precisely boy, his husband.

at the age of eighteen, the boy was supposed to be his bride, but that didn't happen because the god of underwater didn't found him. he was angry because the woman had promised him that he will find the boy where she left him, near the sea.

to calm his mind, namjoon decided to go to the human world. the world which was above the underwater world. he had always come here to clear his mind. being a god was tiring. all he wanted was someone in his life to be with him all the time, to tell him that it's okay, and to love him. but that didn't happen because namjoon didn't found the boy he was searching for.

walking by the sea was calming. the god of underwater cleared his mind. well, the sea helped him. the sound that it makes, the air, the weather, it helped him. he stopped and looked at the sky. it was stunning. all little shiny stars, the moon. suddenly he heard a scream for help. namjoon looked to his right and saw a few people.

in the middle of three men was a boy, who was screaming for help. then namjoon saw that one of the man had started to take the boy's shirt off. the boy screamed through a hand that was placed on his mouth.

namjoon quickly started to run towards the direction where the boy was. he quickly punched one of the three men straight into his face. because he was a god, his strength was more powerful than a mere human.

the other two men saw what was about to come to them so they quickly left. namjoon looked at the boy and he couldn't believe his eyes. it was the same boy who was promised to him nineteen years ago. the god knew that because the boy had a scar on his left cheek. he got that so the god of underwater would know that that's the boy who was supposed to be his bride, his comfort.

"it's okay. they're gone. they're not gonna hurt you darling" namjoon said to the boy. "I'm gonna protect you from now on" he continued and helped the boy to stand up.

"thank you so much, sir.." the smaller whispered while a few tears still ran down his cheek. namjoon saw them and placed his hand on the boy's cheek to wipe them away. "i'm namjoon. the god of poseidon and you, my dear are supposed to be my bride" the god said.
