Drummer Boy [ J-dog x Da Kurlzz ]

I was touring with another metal band again. I always fill in as a drummer with bands but now I'm in a band called: The Ant Safari.

I've been in the band for five years, I always wanted to be in a band but not in one like this. I live for metal, I've loved it since I was a child but this band is not right for me.

"𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘸 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦." Mika, the bass player said.

"𝘈𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘐'𝘮 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨." I said and grabbed my drum sticks.

We got on stage and I played the drums like crazy. I got really tired at one point so I went over to the lead singer.

"𝘐'𝘮 𝘦𝘹𝘩𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘍𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯, 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘣𝘢𝘥𝘭𝘺."

"𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘯𝘰𝘵?!" He snapped.

"𝘠𝘦𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵-"

"𝘕𝘰 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘴 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘸, 𝘨𝘰 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘴!"

I walked back to my drums. My arms hurted so much but Farian didn't care, ofcourse I kept playing because I need the money.

We finished the show and went backstage. I found a sofa and layed down on it.

"𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘨𝘶𝘺𝘴." Farian said to the others.

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘍𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯." Nathan, the guitarist said .

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘶𝘺𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘨𝘰 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺, 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘸." He said while he put on a fake smile.

The others walked away and the smile on Farian his face disappeared. He went over to me and grabbed me by my shirt.

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘰𝘵! 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴." He said as he let me go.

"𝘕𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺, 𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘴, 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘱." He winked at me and walked away.

That night we went to the club, I only hang around with Mika. Mika just joined the band as the new bass player.

I told Mika about my experience in this band. I told him that Farian held me hostage for four years! He held me as his pup and he never payed me.

"𝘐'𝘮 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵!" I snapped a little loud.

"𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘱𝘶𝘱?" Farian said as he walked up to me with a red wine in his hand.

"𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯, 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘪𝘬𝘢 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘢 𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺." I lied.
