The calm music blasted through the speakers on the tv as you watched the group of people bending and stretching. You followed along, perfecting the moves and feeling your muscels relax.

"Inhale...Exhale...Well done, now for the Cat Pose. Get on your hands and knees and arch your back up."

You copied the instructer and the group, perfecting the pose with ease.

"And now the Cow Pose, which is the same but let your back hang and look up at the ceiling. Make sure you push your bum out as you do this." She said, performing the pose. "Stay like this for about a minute if you can... Inhale... Exhale..." She went on.

You heard shuffling behind you and you just knew that Louis was watching you.

"You dont know how fucking happy I am that I got you this yoga CD." Louis chuckled, moving to the side of you so you can see him.

"Your bum isn't pushed up high enough love." Louis whispered in your ear.

He spanked you causing you to groan loudly in pain.

"Louis for gods sake!"

"And these yoga pants look amazing on you... Christ." You could see from the corner of your eye that he was gaping at your body. His hand was still placed on your bum, he was rubbing it now, gently pinching your cheeks.

"And now for the Up Dog..."

"Dont fucking move." Louis warned, moving around you. "I want you so bad right now... So so bad."

"No Louis, i need to do this and relieve some stress. You said yourself yoga would help."

"Oh come on babe we know other ways to relive stress, you'll love it Y/N... You always do." He started to slide your yoga pants down your bum and you just decided to let him do what he wants.

You wiggled your bum slightly and then changed into the next position that was shown on the tv screen.

"Hey don't tease me babe. I'm so desperate for you right now." You just giggled at him and kept stretching.

"You shouldn't have moved. That was a pretty dumb idea. You're about to get punished." He move over you, biting down on your neck.

"You're about to get punished, badly."
