Gio and I were the talk in social media for the past weeks and it was just a normal thing for the two of us at this point.

Arriving at Signal Iduna Park for training wasn't easy for Gio after the photo was uploaded, since he didn't get lucky and he did not just have his teammates and staff members but also supporters and journalists asking about it since it was an open pratice.

My brother and the boys helped a lot with the press and all the questions that were being throw at him since they knew we were still going to keep the relationship private to a certain extend.

But let me tell you, after they were behind close doors, hell began for Gio. Marco decided to just stay from the side watching and laughing - or at least that was the description Gio gave me - at the Dortmund players throwing a lot of questions about the news.

I guess an important factor: our families.

They were more than pleased with the news. The Reyna's told us all of Gio's jealously moments of my trip as well as desperate to make the daily face time calls. My family on the other hand have been kept in the dark by me, so all they were talking was how amazing it was and making Gio's ego bigger since they were always complementing the footballer.

Jadon and Erling, you might ask. Freaked out. And they already knew, so that really did confuse me, but hey, no judging here. Also, they decided to brag about knowing about us prior to everyone else and that earned them a harder practice from the staff and a lot of complains from the team. Yes, even the staff were annoyed at the two of us from keeping it a secret.

Since I've met his friends - even the one's that clearly disliked me - I came to the conclusion it was nothing more than fair for him to meet mine, since they lived in the same town as us it would mean we could all hang out together. That went extremely well and Gio and Josh - my ex - got along just fine, something I was jot sure it would happen since G was initially not the most happy about him.

Which leads me to today. It's our 1 month anniversary and I absolutely lied to G about not being able to come to the game today, which is the first game of the new season.

Anyway, as I was saying, I told him I wasn't going to be able just because for the past weeks he's being spoiling me as much as he can, so I thought today it would be my turn.

I'm currently in my brother's cabin in the stadium with my parents and grandparents waiting for the game to begin. The plan is quite simple: after the game I'll just go surprise him and then we'll go to my place where a special dinner will be waiting for us, thanks for Ell's mom who cooks amazing food and helped me out.

Game was over and we won. I'm not going to lie but I didn't think for a second we would win this easily. My brother entered the pitch in the second half replacing Jadon, and it was the happiest thing seeing my brother playing, the end result doesn't even matter.

As for Gio he actually scored the first goal of the game, which made me freak out a lot but also die of embarassment when he did the "M" referring for the nickname he calls me, "Mils", letting everyone aware that the goal was for me.

- Congratss! - I said jumping on Gio's back seeing him shocked to see me which made me laugh

- What the hell? You said you couldn't come - He said and I smiled shrugging - Hope you liked your goal, the first of the 1 month gifts

- I loved it and I might have said a little white lie? - I smiled before pecking his lips quickly - Go do what you guys have to do, I have a surprise for you - I said smiling

- I prepared something for tomorrow, so you like it or not we are celebrating twice - He said and I agreed knowing arguing was useless.

- Hey, I was happy to see you on the pitch - I said hugging my older brother whose placed a kiss on my hair

- It was nice, I just wish I'm closer to getting back into shape - He said smiling and I agreed - Everything ready for the surprise?

- Yes, just missing the boy - I laughed while he pointed in the direction my boyfriend was coming

- You two behave and don't do anything I wouldn't do. - He said leaving us and I rolled my eyes

- Did you drive here? Cause if so we are going to have to part ways - He said taking my hand in his and walking faster to get out, clearly not wanting the boys to delay us.

- I drove with my dad, he left already but he told me to tell you that your goal was amazing! - I said getting inside the passenger seat

- Man, I love my in laws - He said and I rolled my eyes at him - Where we off to?

- My place - I said and he agreed turning the engine of his Mercedes G43.

- You did all this? - He asked seeing the table and I smiled proudly - You're amazing.

- Not going to lie, Ell's mom cooked the dinner and I did the dessert and all the rest - I said and he pulled me into a hug - But I'm all sweaty so you make yourself comfortable and I'll be taking a shower.

- If I knew you would be taking a shower I wouldn't have taken one after the game - He said cheekly

- Shut up Giovanni - I said going inside the bathroom hearing his laugh from the living room.

- Your girlfriend is oficially clean so we can eat - I said going towards him to pull him from the couch

- My hoodie looks way better on you - He said and I looked down at his hoddie I've stolen a few weeks prior

- Yes, it does. Althought your smell is pretty much faded so I'll be stealing another one - I said and he laughed

- I'll make them smell amazing for you babe

- I would hope so - I said placing the food on the table - Bon appetit

- I love you - He said out of nowhere while we ate making me smile
