We Can Be Heroes

Chapter 2

Third POV

"Kids, this is a drill. Do not move from your seats." Granada said from the tv than it turn off.

"Guess we probably stay here for safety." Guppy said sound sad.

"No" the kids look over at Karina stood up from her seat.

"We can't sit here forever, our parents are taken away by them. The aliens are coming for us next. We had to save our parents and stop the aliens from taking over our world." She said in serious tone.

"She right, we can't sit here and do nothing. We had to save our parents from them." Missy said.

Missy walk over to Ojo where she sit "Can I borrow that?" Ojo gave her tablet to her. Missy stood front of the class showing Ojo drawing. Karina walk up to her stand by her side.

"Ojo draw them" Karina said

"She draw what she see." Wild Card said in bored tone.

"No, she draw these and it make sense. She draw these cause she can see the future." Missy said.

"She right, Ojo can see the future. Great job Ojo." The girl smile at Wheels.

"Guys I got a plan" Missy smirk.

Facemaker open the safety door, cause three guards caught his attention. "Hey, is that updog?" "What's updog?" #1 security ask. "I don't know, I'm just enjoying life in here." Facemaker said with mischievous face, as the security walk in.

"The aliens are going to take over the world so we need to get out and we need your access cards like right now." Missy said.

"This place is a fortress, you kids are not allow to go out." #1 security said.

"Oh really.... cushion" Wild Card, Noodle, and Facemaker grab cushions from the couch place them down front of the security.

"What are these for?" "Tell them Guppy." The little girl step in "To protect your butt when you hit the ground." She said. "Why not go back in-" Guppy grab #1 security wrist flip him down land on his back on the cushion.

"Oh no!" Guppy flip #2 security on the cushion "She got shark strength!" She kick #3 security land on the basket. "Have a nice nap."

Missy grab the access card from #1 security, than Noodle stretch his arms grab two access cards from the security's. Suddenly one of the security hit the alarm button turn it on. "Wheels make sure the security doesn't touch the alarm, Noodle grab the security jacket and cuff them." Missy order.

Rewind use his power to reverse back in second.

The security was about to push the button but Wheels rush toward him crush his leg stopping him. Noodle grab the security jacket than handcuffed the securities. The tentacles pop out from the vent, it was about to grab Wild Card. But a spear slice it tentacles in half, "Let's hurry." Karina said. The kids exit from the room.

"Noodle stretch and make yourself tall." Noodle than stretch his body make himself as a grownup.

"Good evening grown-ups." "Hello." The lady pass by him but saw the kids follow behind him. "Hey! Hold on!" She stop at the safety door, sudden it leave a mark of tentacles banging the door. She scream and push the alarm button.

The kids run off in a hurry. Missy bump to someone "I'm so sorry!" The lady turn her head, it was Granada herself. Missy as shock and  ran off.

"Seal the doors." Granada order the man by her.

The guards block the both exits surrounding the kids. "That's our only way out." "Not for now, there's a hatch up there." Wild Card said.

"I got it." Karina sprung out her wings flew up toward the hatch. She open it flew back down. "Brace yourself, I'm gonna throw you guys up." She throw the kids into the hatch one by one, than she flew up in last close the hatch.

Noodle gave Wild Card the access card, he swipe the card as the bus wide open. The kids hurried inside, the bus move.

"Guys, the security's are right at the entrance." Karina warn them.

"A Capella can you make the bus float?" A Capella use her power in low tone trying to float the bus. When the bus was getting closed to the security it began to float.

A Capella sign Missy with X arms and steering, "She can't steer! We're going to crash the building!"

"I got it, hold on." Noodle punch the glass window, he garb the pole using his right arm before he jump out. He grab the pole spinning the bus around. The kids hold his hands helping him. Than Noodle let go the pole get in as the bus flew away in different direction.

"We need to find that bus." Granada said.
