It was the annual bring your kid to the workday. I was sitting in my chair doing some work when my co-worker, Lisa's kid, walked to me.

Jeonsan and I look and see Lisa coming at us.

"Why did you run away from me Jeonsan," Lisa said as she picked up Jeonsan.

She was so cute. Anyway, Jeonsan went and walked away somewhere, and Lisa sat back at her desk.

"Your kid is so cute," I said.

"She is, isn't she, my little angel," Lisa said.

"I'm kinda jealous," I said.

"Why is that," Lisa asked.

"I want a kid," I replied.

"You haven't discussed with your husband yet?"

Jimin and I were always busy with work. And whenever we did have time, and I would ask him, Jimin would act like he didn't hear me or dismiss the idea. One second I would talk about it.

"Well, we've just been so busy. We haven't found the time to do it," I said.

"I see, well should consider it soon; you're getting old," Lisa teased me.

I hit her lightly on the arm.

"Hey, you're only 1 month younger than me. You're not that far behind," I said back to her. 

A FEW HOURS LATER

As my shift ended, I clocked out of the building and headed back to my car. I got into the vehicle and drove back home. When I pulled up to the driveway, I noticed Jimin's car was already parked there.

"Guess he came home before," I thought.

I got out of my car and walked into the house.

"Hon, you're home," Jimin said as we were sitting at the dining table.

"Hi Jimin," I said.

I gave him a hug and a little kiss on the lips. Jimin was still in his suit as his bag was placed on the table.

"When did you get home," I asked.

"15 minutes ago," Jimin replied.

"Well, you go get changed; I'll make us some dinner tonight," I smiled at him.

I turned to the kitchen and fixed up some dinner for Jimin and me. After he came back down and ate, we both headed upstairs and washed up for the night. As I came out of the shower and put on my nightclothes, I get in bed next to Jimin, who was on his phone scrolling through media. My head rests on his shoulders as he wraps his right arm around me.

"What are you doing," I asked him.

"Just reading something online," Jimin replied.

I couldn't help think about the thought of what Lisa said at work. I'm really considering asking him again tonight. Jealousy is building up in me. I want to have a mini-us running around the house.

Jimin's eyes opened wide, and his head turned to me.

Jimin knew that he couldn't really get out of this situation as I was very serious about this.

Wow, that's such a pathetic excuse not to have a baby.
