Chapter 3: A Virgin Pregnant

MAEVE'S P.O.V

After a week of staying at Chase's house, a lot happened. Since something happened to Chase and I, his treatment to mine has changed. Every time we meet or look at each other, he avoids me and I don't know what's the reason but I feel frustrated every time he ignores me. I feel like I'm a very dirty person to him to avoid me like that. And when I looked down my bulging stomach caught my attention because I had been pregnant for three weeks and I could only imagine if Chase and I would have a baby boy or girl but then my smile immediately disappeared when I saw Chase and Thyra holding hands entering inside the house. I saw Chase glance at me but I averted my eyes then drank the milk I was holding.

"Ma'am Cassie, there's a call for you… someone's looking for you." Manang Rosa said.

I just nodded then went to the living room to answer the phone.

"Hello this is Maeve Cassie Araceli who's this?" I said then waited for the answer on the other line.

("E-eve ...")

I stiffened in my stance when I heard that voice. I can't be wrong! This is Trevour.

"T-trevour?" I said I didn't realize I was in tears because of what happened, I also lost my connection with him for a long time.

("Eve… H-honey, I-I'm sorry I'm really really sorry...")

He sincerely told me. I bit my lower lip so hard then spoke again.

"I forgive you..." I said then smiled even though I knew he couldn't see me.

("Can we meet now? P-please give me a chance to fix our relationship... I will accept the child you're carrying right now as long as you'll explain to me the real reason why this happened. Let's start again.")

He said. I don't know but I felt regret... Why now Trevour when I'm confused.

"O-okay ... Tonight let's meet at the cafe near mommy's house."

I said then cut off the call and I was about to leave when I was surprised and stopped by what I saw, a black aura on Chase's face while staring at me.

"Who called?"  His voice was cold when he said that. I don't know but I suddenly felt nervous.

"A-ah n-nothing it's just my mom saying hello." I said to him but I was shocked when he held me tightly in my arm causing me to endure it.

"C-chase i-it hurts... L-let go of me." I said. I saw the anger in his eyes.

"Don't fucking lie to me Cassie! I'm not a jerk! Don't fool me because that's what I hate the most!" he shouted at me loudly. I close my eyes to the pain I felt because of the tightness of his grip on my arm.

"C-chase... It's n-not what you thin—" I said but he immediately interrupted me.

"I know that the one who called you is your ex Cassie for what reason huh?! Does he want you back?! Do you want to come back to him huh?!" He shouted so hard I bit my lip then I stared at him.

"Why? There's nothing wrong with that right? Because first of all, I'm just the woman who's carrying your child! Second, don't shout at me because I'm just here in front of you!" I said to him but I was surprised when he released me and then violently hit the table with anger in his eyes.

"Fuck! I don't also know why I need to feel this but I don't want you to go back with your ex! Don't you ever do that to me because from now on you're mine! And I don't want to share what's mine. Don't make me mad Cassie I warn you. I don't want to see you with another man while carrying my child! Do you understand?! " He commanded. I felt annoyed so I replied.

"You know what? You're so unfair Chase! You are selfish! Have you ever wondered if I'm having a hard time in this situation?! Do you think I want to be here? You can't command me like that because I'm also a human being! I'm not a dog so you can command me!" I said. I heard him shout then I was about to walk out but then last thing I found out was that his lips were pressed against mine while looking at him. I close my eyes and then enjoy every moment when we kiss. I feel like I am more hurt in our situation because it's very difficult for me. When he let go of the kiss, he averted his eyes and then left me alone in the living room and when I saw him leave the house. My knees were shaking as I lost my strength and that's it and I was shocked when I felt someone pull my hair!

"You slut! You snake!" Thyra shouted at me while crying. I also cried in pain when she tweaked me.

"T-thyra l-let me go!" I said then cried. I felt my chest ache again.

"I didn't expect that when you come into Chase's life, you will ruin our relationship! I hope you disappear from our path!" She said then she violently pushed me against the wall causing me to weaken and then I froze when I saw the sticky thing flowing from my thigh. I cried during those times and I saw the shock in Thyra's eyes when she saw what happened to me. I felt a headache when something dripped from there.

BLOOD.

That's the thing that flows in my head and thigh.
