𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 | 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐞 | 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬

- Chapter Seven Pt. One -

Seok got ready to run at the monster till the sound of a car unlocking caught it's attention as it ran full speed at it ramming into the front of the car. With that Seok snapped his head back to where the monster previously was to see Hyeok and Jaeheon come out from under it. Smart. Relief flooding through Seok's body not knowing particularly why.

Hyeok then set off another car alarm continuing this pattern. Seok felt a rough tug at his hoodie causing his hood to fall down as he looked at Sangwook who gestured for Seok to hide behind a pillar. Seok did this to a pillar next to Sangwook and Jisu's pillar silently while pulling a still injuried Hyun against his chest as he was in plain view. Looking down at him holding his injuries. Seok hoped he hadn't gotten hurt, as he wrapped an arm around Hyun's shoulder to which he leaned into. Seok looked over to see Jisu who was hidden with Sangwook had her own arm wrapped around her stomach causing him to worry about the young woman as well.

Before they saw the coast was clear all four moved to get towards safety but Hyun tripped just as a car behind them blared out. Giving them away as they all tumbled to the ground. Seok looked up from where he fell watching the monster stare them down.

As it started to run towards them Seok moved his body in front of Jisu's who was closest to him, but before he could feel the impact of the monster it was smashed into by a van causing it to go flying. Jaeheon opening the sliding door yelling for the four to get in.

They stumbled in as Hyeok was in the driving seat, Sangwoo in the passenger seat facing backwards away from the front window shield, Jaeheon in the back right seat, Hyun in the back middle seat, Jisu in the back left seat. As Seok moved to get in he noticed the lack of space stopping and looking at Jaeheon as if Seok's eyes were telling Jaeheon exactly what he was thinking.

No space, no time, I can't waste more time, I am infected I'll heal they won't. Maybe I should stay down here and by them sometime. Seok though as he went to step back. Seok's hoodie was roughly tugged on as Jaeheon pulled the teen into the van as Jisu closed the door.

"Don't think for a second we would have let you stay here by yourself."

Jaeheon words rushed and emotional as Seok nods gratefully for the man as Seok sits down in the floor space between the back seats and front seats, basically the foot space for the backseats. As Jisu asked Hyeok if he knew how to drive Hyeok didn't reassure the others as he said he'd passed the written test. Not mentioning anything about the actual physical driving test.

While driving monsters swarmed around as one broke the window on Jisu's side grabbing her hair tightly. While Sangwook pulled Jisu's neck upright Jaehyeon cut some of Jisu's hair so she could get away. As this happened Seok sat up socking the monster in the face causing it to fly out and off the car.

As more monsters broke and tried entering the car Seok seen one break through the driver's seat leaning in the way of Hyeok's vision and going for Sangwook. Seok let out a yell as he shuffled over the console tackling the monster slowly pushing it back out the driver seat window to make sure Hyeok could see.

What Seok didn't expect as he gave one last shove at the monster was for it to stab through his now half healed abdomen cause it to pull Seok out of the window with it. Hearing the others yelling as Seok's body was pulled out some only yells and others saying Seok's name. Seok only getting a brief glance at the van speeding down the basement car park before Seok looked at the monster that had pulled him out of the car.

Clenching his jaw as the monster pulled its claw-like fingers out of his abdomen. Seok wasting no time in grabbing a spare piece of metal that laid next to him using it to swing at the monster. Hearing commotion up ahead and yells of pain he felt the temperature rise. The monsters were getting burnt. Though Seok couldn't look to confirm his thought dealing with a monster himself.
