Walking in hallway, I was thinking going to my father's room when I heard his door open, I quickly hide so he won't see and i would have a chance to eardrops.

"Seo-young, leave" Father said while holding the door knob for my mom. He looked annoyed.

"this is important" My mom said making her way out but stopped to looked at him in the eyes.

"I don't care!—Can't you see im busy right now " Father shout-whisper trying to control his temper.

"It's about-" Before he could finish her words, Father cut him off.

"Seo-young look, I'm sorry Honey, I'm—really busy right now. I'll talk to her tomorrow, okay?" Father said and before she complain, the door shut in her face

"why can't he—" My mom said and sigh then walk to her room.

I sigh and walked back to my room. I feel sorry for her. Father prioritize his work first than anything, even it's special occasions, Mom's birthday? God knows.

Father worked alot for his family, I can't blame him everyone want their family settled in future. Even if I was him I would do that too but not in different way.

I closed the door behind me and fell a sleep.

Tomorrow morning

I get my bag and phone then walk towards to the dinning. I saw Ms. Cass preparing our breakfast, I seat down. I heard two doors open.

parents,. Father sleep in his office again unbelievable. I rolled my eyes.

"Good morning, sweety" Mom greeted me and kisses my head. I smiled at her and kisses her cheek, replying back.

"Y/n, can we talk—just the two of us" I nodded and follow him. We enter the balcony and he seat down.

"I heard you pass" Father said and press his lips in to tiny line thinking.

"yeah." I simply said emotionless.

I pass all my academic exams, not to sound cocky but seven of them are perfect score and two of them got two wrongs. He want me to pass all of them and we make a deal.

"So—should I keep my promise?" Father ask me. I look at him confused

"Ohh. if you want." I answer sarcastically and rolled my eyes. Of course if you promise then you should do it .asshole.

"Okay then but... " Father said intertwined his fingers and put his chin above it.

"But?" I asked and look at him in the eye looking for an answer. Lots of conditions ehh.

"You're still gonna stay there" Father continue his statement and looked at me deadly eye.

"B-but why?!" I exclaimed returning the looked.

"Because you need it" Dad said and look at me. Ohh. what a good reason. wow. so convincing really.

"You want me to do a favor again,right?" I said to my father that make him shock, "That's bullshit. you know that"
