Chapter 2 - Settling In

Louis' POV;

'Man...London's wierd' I thought to myself, they can't have any fun without spoiling it for you can they.

All I did was sit on the conveyor belt for the suitcases, how was I meant to know that it would take me outside to where they loaded the luggage on and back again? And what about those security guards it was an accident but NO they had to chase me because I didn't see the sign that said not to sit on it. The best part though was when I came back into the airport I managed to surprise a tourist family waiting for their suitcases. Their faces were so funny their mum just stood their and stared!

Liam seemed alright though compared to his parents I mean all I had seen them do so far was stand behind Liam and text and call people. When we actually left to airport to go to their car he had to pull them with him to maneuver them. When we finally got to the car his parents put away their phones and decided to talk to me. Well it was a one sided conversation at that, I just sat their in the back seat next to Liam and listened to them.

'Now Louis, you will be going to the same school as Liam. It is the best boarding school in London. Eton for Boys.' I smiled subconsciously as my minded drifted to the thought of Eton Mess corner yorgurts they tasted so nice. I snapped back into reality as they continued to speak,' Your entry and boarding fee have been paid by us. We told your mother that we would help in every way possible. We have also purchased all of the school uniform, equipment and other needed supplies for school. You leave for Eton tomorrow morning with Liam and we won't see either of you until Christmas break.'

I felt my smile deteriorate, they saw and immediatly continued to talk, ' I know that you probably wanted to spend some time with us, your family before you left but Pete and I have very important jobs that require us to travel a lot.' I looked over to see Liam's reaction to this. I wanted to make sure that they weren't lying and that I was the reason that they didn't want to spend anymore time with me and subsequently Liam.

Liam must have recognised the query in my eyes as he smiled and nodded at me to acknowledge that what his parents were saying was true. The conversation died down a bit after that and we drove back to their house in silence. I decided to have a look at my phone.

I was amazed that Mum had managed to transfer everything from my old phone onto this one even my media files were still there! Mum wasn't normally that good with technology. I was really sweet of her to go to all of this trouble to sort my phone out for me. My phone started to vibrate showing me that I had received a text! I immediately checked my texts; IT WAS FROM KYLE! My best friend! In the midst of the situation I had forgotten to tell him I was going away! I opened the text:

K: I heard about what happened and you going to London...I'll miss you are you okay?  K xox

I was relieved that mum or one of my sisters had told him that made it easier for me. I thought about Kyle and all of my other friends from America. I missed them already. I had to tell Kyle something that I had never told anyone else before except from my family. I had never had the nerves to tell him before. But what did I have to lose? I was in another country and might never see him again. I decided to reply to him:

L: Yeah...still a little shocked about it all. I'll miss you too but there's something that I have to tell you L xoox

He replied straight away:

K: Well tell me then K xox

L: Ummm... I'm gay Kyle L xoox

I silently prayed that he wouldn't hate my I could use some old support if everything went wrong over here. My insides turned to butterflies anticipating his reply. What if he hated me. What if he never wanted to speak to me again. What if he told everyone and no one ever spoke to me again. I jumped as I felt my phone buzzed:
