It's been 5 long years without her. All these miserable years that I couldn't forget her. Why did she leave, I don't know. Why were we brought to meet again, I still don't know. But I do know is I haven't forgotten Gabby and I don't think I ever will, she's my only weakness and the root to the good left in me.

"Boss, what just happened? Who is she?" I look at my right hand man, my best friend, Santiago as he spoke up.

We all went back into Eric's office and we sat there silently. Eric is my cousin and the person I've trusted since we were kids. Leading behind my mafia, he's the second biggest mafia leader in the living book.

Today was supposed to be the day we discussed the plans of our annual ball that's coming up soon. I arrived here with Santiago, Marco and Shawn whilst Eric was here with Derek, Blade and Cash. All of us were a group of friends and we have been since college.

"That's her. Gabriella Danials." They looked at me in confusion but I don't blame them. I hardly ever spoke about her, not with her name at least.

"W-who? Bro, I'm confused. Who's this Gabriella chick?" Shawn spoke up and I smiled a little as I took a sip of my drink.

"Only the girl I fell in love with back in high school. The girl who made my life so much easier. The girl who made me forget all my troubles at home. The girl who disappeared 5 years ago without any explanation, not even a goodbye." I chuckled and shook my head before throwing my glass against wall and it shattered into pieces.

"Wait! She's the same girl you kept talking about in college?!" Eric yelled in disbelief and I nodded.

"W-what was she doing here? It didn't look like she even worked here, even with that outfit." Marco spoke up and everyone nodded in agreement.

"Then she must work for the polizia" Santiago looked at me with a disapproving look and I rolled my eyes at him.

"He's right. Why else would she run away with those people?" Derek, who is one of the most quiet men I've seen, spoke up.

"But it didn't look like she was here to attack or arrest anyone. She wasn't armed with any weapons. How can you be so sure that she's a cop?" Cash looked up from his phone and gave his own words.

I couldn't take the back and forth from any of them, nor did I want to make any assumptions about her. "Enough. That's enough from all of you. I have some work to get back to, but listen to me carefully. I want her, at any cost. Find her address, workplace or whatever. I just need to talk to her, just once. I'll see you guys tonight."

I walked out of Eric's house and I drove to one of my warehouses where I worked for a few hours. As I was watching the drug shipments being delivered back to the warehouse I heard my phone ringing.

"Talk to me Isabel."

"The shipment from Denver has arrived and it's big. I'm with girls and we've just left to go to the next warehouse where the Italy shipment is going. We all agreed to meet at yours after that, right?"
