my one and only|kenma x reader|ONGOING

new guy

Its been about a week since you met your moms new boyfriend. You didn't hate him but you didn't like him either. it was 6 am and you had to get ready for school, but the problem is that you spilled food on your uniform so now you just have to wear regular clothes and hope you don't get in trouble. you just threw on a black oversized  sweater with shorts and socks. you had a good feeling about today.

~timeskip~

First period just started and you haven't talked to kenma or lev because you were running a little behind. "okay class today we have a new student joining us he's from America and is fluent in Japanese! please be kind" your teacher said pointing to the young man next to her. "hey im Samuel but you can call me sam" he said, he had brown wavy hair with brown eyes, he was probably around 6 foot, he was wearing rings on both of his hands and he had his uniform untucled in the front. I looked up and we locked eyes I could feel my face heat up and I quickly looked away. I could hear the girls talking about him. "okay Samuel you can sit next to r/n" the teacher told him.

~timeskip to after class~

"hey! Hey!" I heard a voice calling out to me? I turned around and saw sam "oh uh hi, do you need something?" I asked "I wanted to know if I could sit with you at lunch? I dont really know anyone here" he said rubbing the back of his neck "oh um yeah sure" I said "I think we have the next class together do you want to walk with me?" He asked "s-sure" my face felt like it was on fire. when we got to our next class I didn't really pay attention to what the teacher was saying my mind was focused on sam and my stream I have to do later. I looked at sam and started looking over his features, I saw th bags under his eyes and his pink lips and ghostly pale face. the sun was shining down on him (he sat by the window) he looked ethereal. All of a sudden he turned to me and we locked eyes again and by now you could already guess that I was as red as Santa's hat. he smiled at me and turned back to face the teacher.

~after class bc im way too lazy to explain all that~

sam started walking up to me, I was still at my desk because I took a lot of notes. "hey i don't think I got your name?" he said with a small smile on his face "oh sorry about that its y/n" I said looking up at him. He mumbled something under his breath but I couldn't hear what it was. "hey do you wanna hang out after school or maybe this weekend?" he asked "yeah sounds like fun:)".
