After that day, I've been living inside the walls of an old factory in Chernobyl where my father experimented on mundanes, downworlders and other shadowhunters except from me. Probably he wanted me strong and not being affected by demonic forces or injuries. He started training me in pretty much everything. The first thing, he taught me was archery. I have to admit that I was quite good. I just had to focus.
Then, he started teaching me using other kind of swords except from the usual ones. At the end, I ended up choosing the kindjals. Dad was proud. He said both he and mom had one. I can say I wasn't proud of choosing the same weapon as a crazy father and a mother that abandoned me, but I liked using them, so I kept them.

That didn't explain the fact that she left me, but him talking so good about her, tricked me for some seconds. I've actually thought that he may had a little piece of heart inside him, but it all returned back to normal when he said that all those qualities made her soft and weak and that this was the reason she left him and the Circle when things got hard. After that, I was sure he wasn't a shadowhunter at all anymore. All those injections of demonic blood destroyed everything good inside him and only brought his craziness out. A part of him was demonic now, even if he didn't notice that...
