okay moving on to the story:

When I finally got home, I took a bath to de-stress. Thomas was meeting up with me at 12:00, so it wasn't that early. After blow-drying my hair, I went to sleep pretty early. It had been a tiring day.

I woke up super tired. Getting up to get a glass of water, I see Maddie running around with hair accessories and makeup.

"Maddie, what are you doing?" I ask groggily.

"GIRL, WE NEED TO GET YOU READY FOR YOUR DATE!" She yells, pushing me into a chair.

"What da- OH!" I curse, noticing the date. Maddie quickly got started on my hair, twirling ot or whatever she does to make it look good. She switched to my makeup.

"I'm gonna do a nice natural look, okay?"

"Uh, sure."

Maddoe sings to another Miranda song while putting my hair into space buns.

"I wanna be in the room where it happens, the room where it happens."

I zone out for a while before she screams, "ANGIE! GETCHA CLOTHES ON!!"

I scrambled out of the chair, scared of what would happen if I stayed, and put on the clothes I got the day before and checked the time.

8:45. Perfect!

I hopped in my car and drove to the coffee shop we were meeting at, perfectly on time. I go inside and scan the room to see-

"Angelica! Here!" Thomas whisper-yells from his table. I walk over to him and sit down. "It's so nice to see you!" He continues.

"It's nice to see you, too," I blush.

"Wait, I blushed? I don't blush! (TSUNDERE MODE ACTIVATE)

"What do you want to get, mon cherie?" He asks.

"A BAGEL!" I answer a bit too quickly.

"I like bagels, too," Thomas laughs.

"My dad used to get me bagels all the time and we would eat them while he read me my favorite book, until he..." I trail off. Why was I opening up to him so much on the first date? Whatever, I may as well finish talking. "...left," I finished quietly. Thomas looks up at me.

"My mom died when I was seven. I loved her so much."

"That's so sad. My dad didn't leave until I was seventeen, but my mom died when I was ten." (MY FATHER LEFT, MY MOTHER DIED)

"Yeah.. "

We ate with slight conversation before going outside to the park, where the conversation about parents was accidentally brought up.

"I'm going to the bathroom," I say, getting up.

"Wait, Angelica!" Thomas quickly stood up and tapped me on the shoulder. My entire arm started glowing, his hand.

"You're my soulmate," I whispered.

"I knew it. I knew it because as soon as I saw you, my heart skipped a beat. My entire body froze in shock of how beautiful and amazing you were. When you spoke, my ears were pleased by heavenly music. Please, stay with me (CAUSE UR ALL I NEEEED), even though I know it's going fast," He spoke, wrapping his now non-glowing hands around my waist and pulling me closer.

"I-I'll stay with you," I whispered. He was leaning in when suddenly-

"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY SISTER!" Peggy screamed.

"PEGGY?!?" I yelled, jumping out of Thomas' arms.

"AND ELIZA!" Elixa called.
"AND ALEX!" Alexander yelled.

"Oh, how the tables have tur-" started Peggy, before being rudely cut off.

"THOMAS?"

"ALEXANDER?"
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY SISTER-IN-LAW-TO-BE?"

"SISTER-IN-LAW???"
