Chapter II

"Miihi!!"
"Oh, hey Nina!!"
"Miihi!!"
Nina suddenly hugged her old bestfriend as she cuddles her while giggling
"Nina" then she gently lets go "You looked so happy today, what gives?"
Nina suddenly shows her test result then Miihi suddenly reviewed it "A straight As? Oh wow! You're totally awesome!!!"
"Uhmm" then she fidgeted her fingers "Can i invite you to our house and have a dinner with me?" she asked while subtlety blushing
"A dinner? with you?" then Miihi grabbed her hand "Lets go!"
"Miihi"
She suddenly stopped.
"Miihi"
"Miihi?"
"Miihi!!! Help!"
Miihi's eyes suddenly widens as Nina disappears and saw the orphanage burning to ashes.
"N-no!!!" Miihi suddenly runs for a rescue but an unknown energy was stopping her.
"Miihi, lets celebrate"
"Stop..."
"Miihi, help!!"
"Miihi, lets have a toast"
"Miihi?"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" then she suddenly rans away
"Miihi?"
"Miihi"
Different voices suddenly rings in her head
"Stop" she begged while tilting her head and covering her ears
"Miihi, thank you for being with me for this event.."
"Miihi, where are you?"
Miihi suddenly kneel down as her eyes was clenched by tears
"I was there for Nina" then she tightens her grip "But i wasnt there to save those who raised me"
"Miihi?"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"
Miihi suddenly woke up, sweating and panting.
"Its the same dream again. For so many nights, i keep on dreaming about it. It was all in my head"
She looks at the mirror near her and stared at her reflection
"Look at you Miihi, you look terribly awful. Poor you" tears suddenly circled down her face "You are there for other people, but you cant be there for those who raised you"
Then she breaks the mirror and cried "ITS ALL HER FAULT!" then she covered her face with her wet hands full of tears "Its my fault too" then she spent the rest of the nights crying.

"That's what i am talking about Peter. Miihi cant seem to lose grasp on what happened, 2 years ago"
"But it wasnt both of their fault, still why did you let it happen?"
"Because it was meant to happen"
"Who am i to question you? I apologize"
"Thats okay, even humans questions me a lot"
Then they look at the girl who's crying on her car
"What about her?'

"I ... I hit someone.." then she embraced herself while crying "I-if.. i took her to the hospital.. people will ." then she continued sobbing "What's the point? People saw my face already"
"Rima let us all be a happy family together"
Those words suddenly rings unto her head while holding her grip tight
"You are the foundation of our strength. We will always hold on to you"
"Liar" she whispered "You never hold on to me. You hold on to yourselves. We hold on to ourselves"
She lie unto the grass and closed her eyes.
"Rima, you're the most wonderful person we ever had"
"We'll do everything for you"
"We will always be together"
The scenario of them being a happy family suddenly plays on her head while tears are subtlety falling from her eyes
"What's that on the news?!"
"I can exp--"
*slaps*
"No need" then her mother tore the newspaper and left
"Don't leave me!!" her father begged but her mother just pushed her away.
The young lady suddenly woke up and saw her mother packing up her things
"Mama?" she asked
"Honey" her mother said then hugs her
"Mama, what's going on?"
Both of their tears subtlety fell down
"Mama, why are you packing your things?"
Her father suddenly showed up and tried to hug them but her mother pushed him that gaves the child a surprising reaction
"Mama? Papa? What's going on?"
"Nothing sweetie" Her father said then faked a smile
"Let's settle this silent--"
"No, this will be the last time"
"Give me another chance!" her father begged
"I already did, more than twice! but you used that as an advantage to repeat the same old mistakes!"
"Mama, what's going on?"
Both of them looks at the child
"Sweetie, its ---"
"We have been keeping this secret, i dont want this to affect you but" then she burst into tears "I had enough. I am trying my best to be patient.. for you but i had it!"
"But i didnt mean to--"
"YOU DIDNT MEAN TO WHAT? HURT ME? YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER YET YOU'RE SAYING YOU DIDN'T MEAN TO DO THOSE--------"
"STOP!!" then she slammed the table near her "I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANY OF YOUR ARGUMENTS!!"
Then she walks out
"Rima where are you--"
The girl just walks outside and drove away.
The girl opened her teary eyes and looked upon the sky
"It has been a year" then she wiped her eyes "A year of living alone. I wonder, what's gonna happen to me now? I almost killed someone"
She looked ar their photo together on her wallet and cried
"Mama, Papa"

"I am home!" then she kissed her mother on cheeks
"Nina!! What took you so long?" her sister asked
"I brought a lot of stuff" she said then she puts all the groceries on the table.
"I'll go to my room now" she lazily said then went upstairs.
"Aren't you going to eat your dinner?"
"I'm good"
"Something's odd with her" her sister said
Her mother just looked at her while slowly entering her room
"Miihi..."
Her innerself mumbled then covers her face with pillow.
"Why is she acting like that?"
She hugged the pillow tight while letting her tears fell down "If i didnt invite her over..."
She suddenly grabs her photo necklace and look at her old photo with miihi then smiled.
"I will always cherish you" she looks at the window and bitterly smiled
"Nina!!!"
"I am still waiting." she embraced the necklace and closed her eyes
"I will never leave you, Nina" then Miihi hugged her "I will always stand for you like how you stand for me"
