Mattheos POV:

The sun-brushed against her skin. I was holding her against my chest. She slowly got up. She then gets up. "I just remembered I have to meet with sprout later," She says. "But it's Sunday," I laugh. "Yeah, I will see you later," She says as she runs out. She is most definitely hiding something from me.

I groaned. Sundays were slow. I didn't really know anyone in Hogwarts except Blair.

I was walking out of my dorm when I heard Snape's voice. "Mattheo, your father is ordering you to report to the mannor this instant," Snape says. I scoff. I appreciated myself. This is going to be good. 

Personally, I knew something was up with the mission.

Blairs POV:

I walked over to the secret location. Harry had sent a letter telling the army to meet him asap. I felt bad for leaving Mattheo, but this was important. 

I'm hoping everything is ok. With the war going on, I'm worried about Mattho. After all, he's the dark lord's son.

When I entered, I saw a panicked Harry. I quickly rushed over to him. "Harry, what's going on?" I asked. "Everyone, I have news," Harry says. "Voldermort is coming, his arrival is soon. We need to start planning," Harry said.

I gave an "I'm sorry look to Harry." We all got to work. We started learning deflecting spells, and hurtful ones too. I felt scared. Mattheo was on another side. I had to fight against him.\

This battle seemed serious. Harry was terrified, yet chose not to show it. He was the bravest person I knew.

We practiced deflecting spells. Then, spells could hurt the enemy. We tried to come up with plans, and strategies to help us win. I felt bad keeping the from Mattheo, but I didn't want him snitching.

At the manor

Mattheos POV:

I had landed in front of the Malfoy Manor. Dark place it was, but the home was worse.

It was long and dark. Black took over the large home. The long walkway way stoney.

The doors opened on their own, and I was greeted by Narcissa. She welcomed me. "Mattheo!" She smiled. "Just in time, I'm making biscuits," She smiled. It was funny, today was so dark, yet she smiled. Odd woman. 

My black shoes clacked on the hard wood floor. This place only brought back horrible memories. 

I was called to the meeting room. Many death-eaters sat, along with Draco. I scowled at him. I didn't know why he was here. He was a coward.

"Now, today is a special day," Spoke my father. "Draco was finished the cabinet, meaning soon the war will start. We will be preparing, but we need constant eyes on potter."

"Mattheo and Draco, you will be reporting as much as you can to me. If Potter leaves or does anything you tell me," My father says. We both nod.

"Mattheo, you will be giving us information from Hogwarts on Dumbledore and the student's plans, along with Draco," My father said. I knew Blair and others were planning an attack, I just didn't know how to find out what they were doing. I was torn. I wanted to win the battle. I hated losing. Winning meant risking Blair's safety, which I didn't want.

The war would be arriving soon. I needed to warn Blair. I was walking out of the manor when a voice hit. "Mattheo," It was Draco. "Whatever you do, just please keep Blair safe," he says, I nod and leave. 

I apparated back to school. I had to warn Blair. I walked into the building. I check in our common room, but she was gone. I checked in mine, and Blair's dorm, but she was gone. I started to worry. I spotted Cassie and Caroline. "Have either of you seen Blair," I ask. They looked at each other. They knew where she was. "No," They lied as they walked away. Lorenzo soon came along. He wouldn't lie. 

"Where is she," I ask. "Not that it's any of your concern, I haven't seen her in a while, last time I saw her she was in Potters dorm. I knew she wasn't cheating on me. I knew she and Potter were planning something. 

I stormed down the halls. I found Hermione Granger also trying to get in. "Mudblood, tell me the password," I say.

"Now, I would say no, but I'm looking for Harry so fine," Hermione said. "Caput Draconis" Hermione mumbled. I opened the door to see the room empty. Hermione smiled. "They left just in time," Hermione said. "Who's they," I ask. "Guess you will never know Riddle," Hermione says as she heads out.

I soon found her back in her dorm. "Where the fuck were you," I say. She looks at me. She is trying to figure out a lie. "Where were you," Blair asks. "I was at the manor. My father needed me. The war is soon Blair. I need you to promise me you will be safe," I ask. She nods. "I'm going to shower, I will meet you at dinner," I say as I go. I didn't want to beg her to tell me the truth, I frankly sort of knew what she was doing.

Blairs POV:

I rushed over to dinner. I needed to tell Harry and the others. I spotted his dark-brown hair at the Gryffindor table, sitting with others. "Blair, what is it?" He asked.

"I over heard Mattheo talking to someone, He said the war is soon. He said that they have eyes on your, and will strike at any time. We need to act fast," I say.

Harry looked at me with fear. "We need to meet tonight, after dinner. Tell everyone you can. He will be here soon. Voldermort will show no mercy," Harry says. Luna then approaches us. "I'm sorry to bother you! but I have a vision about you know what, he's coming in 2 days. They are watching us. We need to plan," Luna says. "I believe in us," Harry says. I flash him a smile. I went to sit at the Hufflepuff table with Cassie. I looked over to see her sitting with Draco Malfoy. I smiled. I only wished both of them happiness.

Dinner ended soon. I quickly left to go meet with Harry and the others. "As we all know, we don't have much time. I have a plan. We know they are heading into the school. We need to get younger students out of Hogwarts. I need time to find the other Horcruxes. We need to hold the death eaters off as long as we can. All I need is time. We need to hide also. He wants to kill me. I have some intel on the locations of what I need to find. Snape is not on our side. Do not trust him or speak to him. Don't let anyone know where I am," Harry spoke. We worked all night, nonstop

I left to go find Mattheo. He was sound asleep in his dorm. I snuggled myself next to him. He would give the world just to protect me, and I'm here working against him. I got so lost in my head I fell asleep.
