It turned out we was going to a club. Well it's not an actual club as we can't drink, Lauren said it's more like a hang out for people who want to go out and dance. However it seemed much better than the clubs I've gone in on holiday before. Instead of drunken idiots surrounding the place, everyone was just dancing or socialising. I was surprised anyone could talk in this place though, the music was so loud I could feel it in my chest!

"Okey everyone today we have two elite dance groups, both from our home town of Chicago. And your job is to decide who is better!!!." The DJ announced.

"Watch them. There one of the best street groups in the area" Lauren shouted, pointing to the dance crew on the dance floor.

Lauren was definitely right. These guys were good. They had a few flaws and places they could work on, but for a back street competition I would say there winning this. I didn't hear who the other team was but good luck to them, I don't think they'd beat them. I turned around to talk to Lauren and realised none of the group I came with was there.  James looked as confused as I did, then the DJ announced the other group. Suddenly Brad and Courtney started dancing and not soon after the others join in. I was shocked they could of told me instead of disappearing and giving me a heat attack. Once the anxiety of being alone died down i realised they were pretty good dancers. I don't know if they'll win but theyll come close. It would be funny to see Brad's face if he looses, but I hope he doesn't. you can tell the group has put a lot of effort into the choreography. I admire it, the group knew what they were doing, all in sync and in time to each beat of the music. The dance battle finally ended i wasn't shocked the opposite team won. Brad's team may of been good but you could tell their opposition were professionals.
The empty space were the two teams were just dancing filled back up in less than 5 seconds after it ended. James got dragged off to dance by Lauren but I'm sure he was complaining. Courtney was the only other person I could see, but dancing with some boy who didn't look the nicest.

"So what do you think off my crew." Brad popped up out of no where

"They're alright. Need some improvements"
Before he could get a comeback in Courtney come and lodged herself between us

"Brad babyyy, come and dance"

All it took was that one invitation and he couldn't refuse. But before they went Brad had to tease me once more by saying 'later babes'. What warned me an unpleased, ' back off' look from Courtney. After being left alone I went to the bar. I always feel less awkward if I have a drink for some unknown reason. Even though I brought my fake ID out with me I didn't feel like drinking. Probably because I was in an unfamiliar place and I was with James, so I stuck with coke.

I noticed one of the boys standing at the bar, he was form the team who was just dancing.  I won't lie he was very attractive, black curly hair, medium/dark complexion and bright eyes. He had to be some sort of model. After sitting at the bar for about 5 minutes I was debating going finding someone I knew as I had just been sitting here alone, occasionally looking at the model boy. Then suddenly he was next to me. Talking to me.
"Hey"
"Erm hi"
"So are you with a dance group here!"
"Oh no, I'm not apart of any dance group"
"So are you a girlfriend of one of the dancers then"
"Not that either, completely single"
"Good to know."

Wow that smile, how can someone has such a perfect face. We ended up talking for another half an hour. I found out his name was Liam and he was actually really nice. Then he asked me to dance, I was hesitant. However who wouldn't be, the boy is an amazing dancer and had just beat Brads whole team. But then again who could say no to someone who looked like him, I would of had to be a complete idiot if I did. It also couldn't be to bad dancing with him, I've danced with worse.

Before i knew it, it was 11:00. Time always flew when I was dancing, especially when you had a partner. Liam was amazing, he was a lot less harsh dancing on his own. The way we danced I've not had for years, like we just understood each other's styles. I got his number and realised I should probably go find the others. James was with Lauren which was no surprise but I couldn't find anyone else. After calling everyone multiple times we gave up and called a taxi back to our new house.  When we got back to Lees house a few of the others were there. At first I was a bit creeped out that they all just let themselves into the house, however my friends used to do it with my house. Also Brad gave Josh a spare key as he's the most responsible.

"God your finally here, we couldn't find you." Aria ran up to me.

"Hey. Sorry we lost you all. Where is everyone?"

"Couldn't find anyone apart from them" pointing to Harvey and Jess.

Harvey was throwing up and Jess was cleaning him up, guessing I want the only one with a fake ID here. I presumed earlier on in the night that they're together, but if not they would be cute together. I heard arguing in the kitchen which sounded like Josh and Natalie.
"Whats going on in there?"
"Josh and Nat are having a argument again"
I went to go get changed when Natalie let the kitchen and ran upstairs. Even though I only met her earlier I thought I better check up on her. It's never good being upset and alone.
