Hello and welcome to chapter three of Mistakes Made. I really don't have much to say so just read till the end for more authors notes.

Angelica to say the least was a master socialite. In comparison she was a burning flame and everyone else was a mere moth trying to get a small sense of attention or recognition but then again who wouldn't want to be noticed by her.For one she was beautiful. You could thank her insanely good looking parents Philip and Catherine Schuyler for that. She was also very intelligent. You could also thank her past private high school and current Columbia College education for the in depth conversations she was able to carry and Angelica was very funny. Compliments of years of watching the Office and Parks and Recreation but her most adored trait would have to be her authenticity or as authentic as you could be at a stuffy New York party. While others obnoxiously laughed at people's dumb jokes Angelica only ever laughed if you said something worth laughing about and while most pretended to enjoy the expensive cuisine Angelica didn't eat if she didn't like the taste. So with all of this being said, it was a surprise when she decided to sit down and daydream about her newfound love rather than dazzle the room.

Elizabeth Schuyler must've noticed her lovesick sister because she quickly made her way over to her favorite person.

"What's the face for?"

Angelica smiled before dipping her painted finger into her glass to lightly mix the expensive white wine.

"What face?"

Eliza laughed while looking at her sister.

"Oh I don't know the look of ... um"Elizabeth bit her lip trying to think of proper word to describe her sister's current state.

"Uh helpless."

Angelica nodded while agreeing with the new word.

"I met the one Eliza. I swear to god I did."

"The one?"

Angelica nodded.

"And you're sure this is the guy."

A small mischievous smile crept onto Angelica's face before she waved a gum wrapper with a number written in pen on the paper side.

"I'll know once I call him."

Eliza laughed trying to grab the wrapper from Angelica's hand before she was stopped by the clearing of her mother's throat.  Angelica and  Eliza turned to see a disapproving look on their mothers face. Both girls nodded trying to conceal the smiles on their faces. Once Catherine had made her exit Angelica stood up flatting her dress and giving her sister a small smile.

"I'm gonna go socialize so people don't think I died or something."

Eliza nodded while watching her sister with fondness. Even though Eliza wasn't the one in love she felt just enough joy that she could trick her brain into thinking she was. It had been a long time since Angelica felt this way. Both she and Peggy knew this and if it wasn't going to last forever Eliza was going to support her for however long she was able to.

Okay so I'm sorry for the short chapter but a lot has just been going on lately. It's also pretty short because I needed a filler. As always vote if you want and if you're in the mood go check out my one shot book. (Once again sorry for the self promotion.) Other than that stay safe and happy reading. Bye
