"Edward No!" Bella yelled as Edward sensually grabbed a beet off the produce pile at the store.
"To prove to you I can, I will."
HE took the beet into his hands, fumbling a bit, and brought it towards his mouth, showing his fangs
he slowly bit down into the beet, piercing through the tough skin of the beet, so tough google describes it as "extra-thick", with ease.
Bella stared with wide eyes as Edward began to suck the juice from the beet. He was not appearing to enjoy the taste of the raw veggie (fruit?).
"Boy put that damn fruit (veggie?) down!!" Charlie, Bella's dad yelled.
He didn't
he defied Charlie swan and continued to suck every last drop from the fruit veggie until the fruit became translucent.
"YOu SeE!?" Edward yelled throwing the beet carcass with his immense vampire power immediately knocking out Bella thorn who was across the store. Emmett laughed.
"I CAN DO IT!" he shook
"I know!" Bella said pushing her hair behind her ear and making a weird unsure noise as she looked away huffing
"I just,, didn't want you to do that here. in the store. now we have to pay for it"
"I have no money. Im a vampire" Edward said
"I know me too" Bella said
Charlie paid for the dead beet and im not talking about the two teens
Edward went on to graduate from high school for a 40th time
Bella went on to die during the birth of her second child (it was an honorable vampire death)
Charlie went on to love juiceless beets
and Emmett still doesn't know what happened that day
