"you do realize what you've done, right?"

he slowly nodded, twiddling his slender fingers in anxiety.

he was shaking, head hung low with eyes on the blank table.

a hand was placed on his shoulder, "it's fine, everything's gonna be alright."

"it won't end right? his career?"

"of course it won't!"

"did they say something to you as the reason you can't keep your eyes on the TV?" a series of words snapped the younger back to the present.

he blinked for a couple of seconds and  averted his eyes to the television, ignoring the older's question.

"what?" his eyebrows met when he was nudged aggresively by the older, causing the blanket to fall off their shoulders.

"i'm asking you about your concerns or whatever's happening to you so answer it," chanhee got cut off by a dry cough.

come to today's state, chanhee's condition seems to slowly cool down.

his lungs are starting to work normally and his heartbeat starts beating as good as new.

after long series of coughs, he cleared out his throat, looking back to sunwoo "i'm only doing this once."

his heart was beating rapidly at this point, not because of how close they are but because of what he had learned from earlier.

what happened earlier has reached chanhee's manager and sunwoo was called on.

leaving the older behind, he was interogated by the management about  the incident he had caused earlier.

all his fears were unlocked and he fears that he might let go, he won't be able to fulfill the promise he kept to himself earlier.

convinced that he needed to go, he was then asked about the older's condition.

realization had struck him like a lightning that he's nothing but a medicine helping someone ill. that's the part that hurts the most.

that he should stay needless of the situation, he needs to stay even if he was ready to go.

and thats what bothers him up to when they were back to watching the movie.

"sunwoo." chanhee shrugged his shoulder to nudge the younger for the second time.

waiting for a response, chanhee turns his head, fixing the way he crossed his legs and eventually hitting the other's knee.

he leaned a bit closer, "sunwo-"

"it's done. i'm heading to my room now"

nothing was heard from him as he makes his way towards his room, leaving chanhee alone, fixing the couch.

he was losing it and he didn't want to see chanhee for a while.

oh how fast things happen, he was wanting to grow a certain friendship with chanhee, and now he's in a crisis on wether he leaves or continue on.

chanhee's ill and he's nothing but a medicine.

nothing but a medicine.

a medicine.
