We landed a mile away the city Hoping nobody saw us, we took our human form and went to look for a car to ride or maybe we'd just walk to the city we didn't know which city we were nor how far we are we just know were far enough from the wearhouse. No cars we're stopping when we were about to walk a track stopped by the window opened and the driver yelled for us

"Hey kiddos ya lost or something?"

"n-no.."

Sora hesitated And troubled cause he couldn't tell a lie

" Ah mister could you give us a ride?"

Cali pulled Sora and told him to shut up while Scorpia ask for a ride

" Why not! Hop on in"

The driver opened the door then we all went in surprisingly it was roomie

" Where you kids going anyway?"

The driver asked while starting the engine

"To the city sir"

Lu answered

" Runaways? "

He asked, we all didn't know what to say to him

" Kinda? We actually don't have a home"

Scorpia replied

" Well sorry to hear that. But the city really isn't the best place to be"

The driver told us while lighting his cigarette

" We know... We just need a place to stay... I think we'll be stay in some shelter for homeless people"

I replied. Bad memories kept on coming back to me as we go to the city, the crowd, the noises, the people who'd beat us up. It was a lot to taking in knowing will be back to where we started, a few minutes passed we arrive to the shelter.

"Thank you for the ride sir"

"No problem kids, bye"

"Bye!"

We went inside and asked if we could stay surprisingly they took us in, when we got inside it was filled with slums we it was actually more better then people with horns and red blood lust eyes we tried to sleep but we needed to keep our human form if we lost concretion our monstrous looks would give us trouble, when it was morning we went to out and looked for small jobs we can enter, it was hard since we're still underaged, most of the jobs were 18 and above we were only 15 years old and the only guys was old enough to work couldn't speak but we found a place were they accepted us regardless of our age, we worked at some guns store it had a shooting range as well, we're assigned to clean and check the stocks, they even let us take a few shots and they're very surprised on how good we were.

At that day alpha was furious, he tortured the sargent alphas for letting us escape, he went to the basement and sat down the stairs as he looked at the iron door he smiled and was amazed on his test subjects to be better than he thought.

After work we felt dizzy so we went to find somewhere to hide, we went to an alley filled with trash and dumpsters there we took a break I heard their bones creaking as they went to their original form I was exhausted because Kristen needs my help to turn into his human form, we took about half an hour to rest so we went to the streets not to find food but to steal Scorpia and Cali are used to stealing me and Lu were look outs and sora and Kristen were back up if ever we got into a fight, we got about $600 in one night we needed more if we wanted to survive, renting an apartment could cost us more than $1000 for sure luckily we didn't have to sleep so we spent the whole night stealing money and wallets in different locations and nobody suspected us we know it was bad but did we even had a choice to make?
