Chapter 7 :The night of the full moon

Y/N POV

We had to shift and Taehyung hadn't come back. I was worried about him but sad too. I wished he had been here with me. I went into the woods with Yoongi, NamJoon, Hoseok and Jin. I heard a lot of howling and leaves rustling. I got closer to NamJoon but jumped when I heard his wolf.

"Stay close to me Y/n! Something isn't right." Rm said.

I did as he said and the rest of the group closed me into the middle of them. We were walking when a wolf pack jumped in front of us. Yoongi, Jin, Hoseok and NamJoon all stood up in front of me growling at the wolves. I looked around and saw more wolves in the woods. I heard another voice.

"Run! NOW!"

I wasted no time and ran back to the house. I was scared as I noticed the wolves in the trees moving. I reached a lake and instantly froze because this wasn't the way back home.

I heard low growls and I began to growl back. I couldn't take them all on but I knew I could hold them off for a while. One jumped out at me and I prepared for the impact but instead I heard a wolf's whimper.

I heard a loud growling sound and I looked up and saw Taehyung. The wolves immediately backed off. I whimpered and walked up to him.

He signaled me to follow him and I did as he said. Before I knew it we were sprinting through the woods having fun. We stopped when we made it to the backyard of Taehyung's house. We snuggled under some blankets together.

I enjoyed my night in wolf form and was thankful that Taehyung kept his promise. As we laid on together I kept hearing Taehyung whimper from time to time. I couldn't tell why he was hurting though.

"Our mate is hurting Y/n. The smell of blood is coming from him. Check him." My wolf said in a worried tone.

I went under the blanket and sniffed him. He moved away quickly and I growled at him. I saw he had glass in his fur. He was bleeding too. He laid down and mind-linked to me.

"Don't worry Cuddles. We are okay? We only have two hours left in wolf form."

"But you're hurting!" I whimpered.

"Stop worrying we are really strong. Lay with us please." He said in a soft tone.

I did what he said and he howled loudly, letting the rest of the pack know it was almost time to come back. I watched the sun rise and smiled until I started shifting back.

I whimpered but the pain slowly faded away. I looked over and saw Taehyung was pale. I immediately grabbed his shirt and put it on.

"Tae, I need you to stand up please." I said in a worried tone.

He just started shaking so I wrapped his arm around my neck and started to lift him up. Aish this guy is heavy! Wait a minute! I know he didn't just pass out! I hurried into the house and went into Jin's office!

I needed to remove the glass from his legs and side. I slowly removed the glass and cleaned his other wounds. I was almost done when I felt a hand touch me. I looked over and saw Jin.

"What happened?" Jin asked in a worried tone.

" I don't know but he has cuts everywhere. I clean them all and stitch up the deep ones." I said in a worried tone.

"I'll get NamJoon to bring him up to his room. You might want to go put on some more clothes." Jin said in a stern tone.

I blushed madly as I realized it was only in Tae's shirt. I rushed upstairs but stopped when I bumped into someone.

"Where are your clothes pup?" Jungkook asked in a stern tone.

"I shifted back near the house instead of where I was." I said in a calm tone.

He furrowed his eyebrows. He gripped my wrist tightly dragging me to his room. I tried to get out of his grip but he just held me tighter.

"See this is why you shouldn't like him! Alpha is going to be upset." My wolf growled.

I used all the strength I had and pulled away from Jungkook's grip with tears in my eyes.

"You're hurting me! What's wrong with you?" I asked in an angry tone.

"DID HE TOUCH YOU!" Jungkook yelled

I was completely quiet. He had never yelled at me. I felt tears falling from my eyes. Jungkook walked over to me but before he could touch me someone stepped in.

"Come on cuddles. Jungkook we'll talk later." Taehyung said sternly.

I held Taehyung's hand as we entered his room. I was about to go into the bathroom but he stopped me. Taehyung pulled me into his embrace, as he lifted my face and pecked my lips.

"I'm your mate. I will love you no matter what." He said softly. I nodded my head as he hugged me tighter.

"What happened to you?" I asked finally.

"I jumped out of a three story building just to come to you." He said in a soft tone causing me to gasp before cupping his face.

"Why would you do something like that alpha!" I said in a worried tone.

"I made a promise to you cuddles. I don't care about my toys but you will always be my first priority." He said softly.

"You are my destiny cuddles. The rest of them will never be you." He said as tears fell from my eyes. He wiped my tears as he kissed my forehead. He leaned down to my ear and whispered.

"I will protect you always and forever, my Luna" He said softly.

I blushed madly as he chuckled. He held my hand and we entered the bathroom together.

"You can shower first. I'll go after you okay." He said before leaving.

I nodded my head as I stepped under the shower. I let the water hit my skin soothing my emotions. Taehyung was changing so much and I was loving it.I loved this version of him.

I wrapped a towel around me and walked out of his room. He had already got my clothes from my room for me. He came out of his closet and entered the bathroom quickly.

I got dressed and climbed into his bed as the bathroom door opened. He was shirtless and his hair was still wet. I gulped as he reached in the drawer and grabbed a towel.

"Let me do it." I said in a nervous tone.

He smiled as he sat on the bed and I dried his hair. When I was done he turned around to me and looked into my eyes. He leaned in and kissed me. I felt like every nerve in my body had awakened just from his kiss.

I wrapped my arms around his neck as he pulled me closer to him. He placed my hand on his heart. It was beating just as fast as mines. He broke the kiss and looked down.

"It only beats like this for you. No one else. Only you." He said softly. I smiled as he got up and went to his side of the bed.

"Cuddle me!" I said in a toddler voice.

He chuckled and opened his arms. I quickly climbed up to him and gently wrapped my arms around him. He kissed my lips one more time before we both drifted off to sleep.
