Chapter 12:The War You Started

Y/N POV

I woke up to Taehyung stares as I smiled before opening my eyes. He chuckled before kissing me softly.

"Did you stay up all Tae." I asked in a soft tone as he nodded his head.

"I just wanted to watch you sleep." He said in a soft tone as he cuddled me closer to him as his sleepiness was kicking in.

"Go to sleep Tae, you need your energy. Plus I'm still tired." I said softly as I cuddled closer to him.

Finally I felt him fall asleep and I laughed to myself as I listened to his heartbeat as I drifted off to sleep too.

Three hours later Author POV

Y/n and Taehyung were still sleeping when some men entered the house. Taehyung could hear them but he paid it no mind as he thought it was others.He saw Y/n sleeping still and he smiled. He went into the bathroom and stepped into the shower. After showering he walked out of the bathroom but didn't see Y/n in the bed anymore.

He entered the closet, looking for her but she wasn't there. He shook it off and grabbed some sweat pants before walking to the extra bathroom. He opened the door and saw she wasn't there either. He walked downstairs and saw no one there. He rushed upstairs and called NamJoon.

On The Phone

Taehyung: "Hey are you all here in the house?"

NamJoon: " No we are all still out. Why?"

Taehyung: "Shit, I got to go NamJoon, Y/n is missing."

He ended the call and went into all the places he knew she could be. Her phone was still there but she wasn't. He ran to his office, pulling up the camera footage and his phone rang.

On The Phone

Taehyung: "WHERE IS SHE?""

Jungkook: "I don't know! I told you she belongs to me and now she is mine."

Taehyung: "Jungkook, I trusted you but you know me better than anyone. You took something very important from me. So be prepared to suffer the consequences."

The call ended and Taehyung threw all the stuff off his desk as tears fell from his eyes. He knew he had to find her quickly. Otherwise he may never see her again.

Y/n POV

I woke up to a pounding head, I sat up and saw Jungkook beside me. I moved away from him as he came closer to me.

" It's okay pup, I won't hurt you." Jungkook said as he reached for my hand.

"Jungkook, get away from me. I don't trust you anymore.You tried to take Taehyung from me for your own self growth. You know that I dreamed of being with my mate and yet you still behave like this." Jungkook glared at me before sighing deeply.

"Y/n why is it so hard for you to accept that I love you. You know that you love me too. That night at the club you told me. Why can't you love me now?" He begged

"Because I met my mate, Kook. I love you as a friend but those feelings faded away the minute Taehyung walked into my life. I'm sorry Kook, but you need to let go. I won't let you do this to us. You can't keep these feelings for me okay." I said as I cupped his face.

"Please, let's find your mate and fix all of this." I whispered as I wiped his tears. He cupped my face.

"My mate is you, Y/n. The feeling you are supposed to have when you meet your mate is what I feel every time I'm with you." He said softly and I shook my head.

"Kook, stop please because you know it's not true. You know it deep down inside of you." I said as I rested my forehead on his. Jungkook leaned in to kiss me and I pulled back. He looked at me with begging eyes and I shook my head.

"Just once please." He begged and I sighed.

Please forgive me Taehyung. I said to myself as I let Jungkook kiss me. I felt disgusted from his touch and most importantly I felt like I had betrayed Taehyung. Tears fell from my eyes as Jungkook smiled.

"No Jungkook, don't smile because this isn't happening." I said sternly.

"WHY CAN'T YOU ACCEPT ME AS YOUR MATE!!!" He yelled.

"BECAUSE YOU AREN'T MY MATE!!! GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!!" I yelled

Jungkook glared at me before gripping a fistful of my hair into his hands. He pulled me out of the room and down some stairs as I cried begging him to stop. I tried getting out of his grip but he was extra strong for some reason. He kept dragging me until we reached another set of stairs and I broke away. I ran to the nearest door but it was locked. I looked at the window and was about to jump through it when Jungkook yanked my hair.

"Don't test my fucking patience Y/n. You already pissed me off, I have no problem with beating you. Do you understand?" He said in a dark tone as he dragged me down to the basement.

Who was this person? He wasn't my friend and I didn't like him. He threw me down to ground and sighed before saying,

"One last time, Y/n!! Will you be mine?" He said in a stern tone.

"Hell no!! Bring it on you bastard!!" I said back in a stern tone.

He was shocked as I smirked at him. He hadn't known me too well but I refused to go down without a fight. I knew Taehyung would search until he found me.

Four weeks later Y/n POV

Blood flew out of my mouth as Jungkook slapped me. Life has been a living hell since I rejected him the third time. He would get drunk and come down here and fight me. I tried my best to fight him but he would always win. I was coughing up blood and my left eye was swollen but I stood up ready to throw the next punch. Jungkook chuckled before saying,

"Damn it, Y/n!! WHY CAN'T YOU JUST LOVE ME?" He yelled as tears fell from his eyes.

"JUNGKOOK, WAKE THE FUCK UP!! YOU THINK I WOULD CHOOSE TO LOVE AFTER EVERYTHING WE BEEN THROUGH!!

YOU FUCKING BEAT ME EVERY DAY!! I HATE YOUR GUTS!!" I yelled back

Jungkook's eyes changed colors and he punched me one last time. I punched him in the bridge of his nose and he staggered back before falling to the ground. I did it and I beat him. I felt tears of joy fall from my eyes as I grabbed the keys and rushed to the door. I opened the basement door and rushed out of the front door. Suddenly everything went black

Jimin POV

I entered Taehyung's office as I knew he was sleeping. He had been losing himself since Jungkook took Y/n. I sighed as I sat on the desk beside him as he was sleeping.

"Taehyung, I need you to be strong. Not just for us but Y/n. I know she needs you more than anything. We can't give up and you can't either. She is your world Tae, and you can't forget that. Drinking isn't going to make her magically come back either. You have to think like Jungkook to find her now. You knew each other better than any of us could. I know you're drowning but Tae I need you to swim! Do it for Y/n!!" I said as I got up and walked out the room.

I needed him to find her. He needed her because without her he was completely lost and broken.
